I recently bought a 2019 Chevy Tahoe. I will start off by saying even if I didn't buy my vehicle at Rairdon's Chrysler Jeep Dodge Of Bellingham, I would have left a five-star review based off of customer service alone. Aidan helped me out in person initially and was great. He was no-pressure and explained the details of my vehicle and the financing process well. The monthly payments were just a little too high for me at first so I had to pass on the purchase. The finance guy, Tom worked with me for an entire 24 hours trying to get to my payment and interest numbers in a comfortable range. Samuel was the guy who initiated everything originally and kept in touch. Samuel was fantastic. He explained my financing terms, made sure I understood all the paperwork and got me in my new vehicle within forty-five minutes. He also called me the next day to make sure everything was fine and that I still liked my vehicle. The entire staff was great. I know it's a business for them and at the end of the day cars need to be sold. But I guarantee you will be treated like a person, rather than a bottom line at Rairdon's Chrysler Jeep Dodge Of Bellingham.

I could not have been treated better. When a woman shops by herself we don’t always get respect. Samuel couldn’t have been more attentive and helpful.After agreeing on vehicle I came down with COVID he was very understanding and helpful and held my car until I was better.

Aiden and the team at Rairdon are great! I am very happy with the vehicle I purchased and the process. Communication was easy, efficient and that allows for a smooth transaction. I'm very disappointed in my experience here. I was told the van I bought would be "detailed" before I took it home. They kept it for a week after I bought it, but when I took it home there was no gas in the tank, no dealer plates, and it was sticky, gross, and not even vacuumed.When I came back for my plates, I asked about it and they said they would have it cleaned. So I sat in their waiting room for two hours until the manager told me the crew had cleaned it, but he had wanted it to go back for a "second" cleaning and now wanted me to make an appointment (AFTER I spent the whole afternoon there). I didn't think that would be necessary, because I figured by now they would have vacuumed it and wiped off the sticky cupholders, etc. That's all I wanted, but boy, was I wrong! All they did was take the floor mats out of the trunk and put them down. Over the dirty carpet. In TWO. HOURS. Why? Why would you do that? The most cursory 15 minute cleaning would have made me happy, but they couldn't be bothered and kept me waiting for absolutely nothing.Now they won't return my calls or my emails. I would not recommend Rairdon's to anyone.

The service department has worked hard to take care of maintenance issues with my vehicle. They are responsive to my questions and follow up with me with in a reasonable time frame. The team has been honest and forthcoming with what my expectations should be. I’ve not once felt treated by any team member as if they are the only Wagoneer dealership in town, rather as if the competition is across the street. I appreciate the effort the team puts forth to return my Wagoneer to me as quickly as possible and provide a reasonable loaner during its service time. I feel welcome and appreciated as a customer.

My recall was handled very efficiently. The gentleman that check my car in was supper friendly and knowledgeable. This my second time in, and both times was very pleasant. I was given a loaner car, witch was a nice car. All around a great experience.

Even though they were short staffed, in the middle of a major software change (first in almost 40 years), and booking service three weeks out, Ian was incredibly patient while troubleshooting an intermittent start issue in a 2019 Cherokee. He even gave us a recommendation on where to get a better deal on the battery we ultimately determined was the issue. When it comes to automotive repair, customer service and honesty have always been my top priorities, and Rairdon's service department scores top marks on both. Thanks again for all of your help.

From the receptionist scheduling the appointment to the gentlemen in the office staying in touch through out the fixing of my wife’s vehicle giving live updates and specially the great work done by there mechanics. Hands down the best experience I have had getting a vehicle fixed. Super friendly and we are very happy with the work that got done. I highly Recommend them for all your Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep repairs your team rocks 5 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ thanks so much Rairdon’s from our family to yours.

I brought my truck in for an last minute oil change and a fuel filter change before our camping trip, I showed up right at 7:30 to be the first in line. The service agent got me check in and I double check that the we are doing a oils change and fuel filter and the agent again said yes and gave me the $110 quote to sign which I did knowing that he made some mistake since I have a 3500 diesel. I picked up the truck at lunch and bill was $265. More than double the quote but I thought ok fair enough because I knew the diesel service is more than the quote. But then I look through the bill… I asked about the fuel filter… and the service agent said yes it was done oils and filter… I said no the oils change was one and fuel filter is another… he agreed he made a mistake.The fuel filter would be another hr and be around $800. I have decided to take my business else where. Driving home and I noticed the oils change sensor on the dash was never reset another confirmation that the dealer is charging dealer prices for jiffy lube service.

I had a great experience on Friday 9/8/23 @ Rairdons of Bellingham. Dan Dierdorf was very knowledgeable about the Jeep Rubicon 4XE that i came to look at. He was able to get me a fair trade in on my truck. The process to buy from the start to finish took less than an hour. I would definetely recommend checking them out.

Attempted to purchase a vehicle. Showed up, it's in the bay; no worries. Set an appointment to test drive and asked for my trade in to be appraised. Was told the appraisal would be a few hours, again no worries. Later that evening, had a voicemail saying don't bother coming in because they had to order parts, no worries someone traded the jeep in. A week later, no appraisal, no call back, vehicle is listed at a lower price, and still no worries because I didn't have to do business with this dealer.

As always the team worked hard to make our deal fair and easy. We have bought 5 vehicles from this dealership over the years and have always appreciated the straight forward and honest approach from the staff. We are lifetime dodge and jeep owners and very happy with the product. A big thank you to all the staff but Tom is the best!

Had an pleasant and easy experience buying a used car from Patric. While there was the usual sales tactics, there was no pressure when I countered. The car (Chevy Bolt) was missing the portable charger. I was assured they were waiting for it to come and would let me know asap. The cord came 2 days later and it was all good. Patric is an honest and friendly salesman.

Came in today after working with Patric, he knew exactly what we were looking for. He helped me for a few weeks on finding the perfect truck for our business that could do what we needed. Value, honesty and punctuality on his off time was appreciated. Well worth the round trip (pretty far for us!) but absolutely worth it. Great experience and will recommend everyone to visit him if they need a new car! Thanks - we love our truck!
