I recently bought a SUV from Rairdons and my experience has been wonderful. Its stressful purchasing a new car and they walked us through the process, they weren't pushy and they really did work to make our payments in the range we wanted them. When we purchased our SUV we did pay extra for the warranty but it was so worth it when buying a used vehicle. Our AC seals had a leak within a week of purchasing but Rairdons didn't disappoint. I worked with Claire in the parts department and she went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied customers. She kept on contact the whole time giving me updates on what was happening with the car. Our mechanic was Cody, he worked a miracle on our car! I'm so glad we went with Rairdons and I'm so glad to have my car back in stellar condition! 10/10 id purchase from them again.

Would do 0 stars but won't allow me to. Car broke down and had to send it to rairdon since the transmission went out. I didn't know it was the transmission until the sales person said I should trade my car in. Communication was horrible all around. Took my car somewhere else and they had to get the brain of the transmission put it. It's been over a week and still haven't got the car back from rairdons. Never getting work done from these people again. Good luck to those who do.

Brock was super helpful in answering my questions and communicating with me while vehicle was being serviced. Used the shuttle and I have to say, Tallia was so kind and friendly. She was a delight to talk to on the shuttle ride, drove with care and was overall a pleasant addition to my day.

Art and Richard, You are the best! Thank you for helping us retrieve the spare tire from our 2006 Dodge Ram truck. The previous owner did not leave the tool we needed.
Another time , they helped us solve the ignition switch issue. When we turned the wheel , the engine would shut off. Solved by pointing out that we had too many float devices on the key ring.
You both have gone above and beyond to serve our needs!

I had excellent customer service by Claire at the service desk, and most importantly by Gerry in the repair shop. I have a vintage 1990 Chrysler TC by Maserati. It needed some repairs and TLC to bring her up to speed. Gerry found all the parts and got the repair work done quickly. I think he even enjoyed doing it! :)
