Work was done close to time, but the job was perfect. Worth the wait.

Great showroom, plenty of selection, and most items in stock. The installation shop did a fantastic job assembling and installing our new canopy, which they had to order from Australia and they received it in only three weeks and not the 12 to 18 months everyone else quoted us!

It's been about six years since I bought my tonneau cover from rain cap. I was having an issue with one of the support struts so I stopped in to see about a replacement. About ten minutes later I was on my way with a newly repaired support struts for no charge. Thank you for the great customer service!

The aftermarket trailer socket that was on my truck was installed very low, and had been crushed by a steep driveway or something. When I bought a new one, I realized that installing it would be beyond my capabilities. I went all over town looking for some want to help. UHaul wanted $375. In fact, most mechanics we’re charging by the hour quoting 175 to 375. I went to Rain Cap to get my canopy adjusted and asked them if they could install it. Why yes, they could. $100. Plus the installer thought outside of the box and figured out a way to remove a flange on my existing hitch and tuck the new receptacle up high where it would not be damaged in the future. Altogether, both problems solved for 130 bucks! They have all kinds of replacement parts for the exterior of your rig. I would highly recommend these folks if you’re looking to fix, or improve the outside of your vehicle. :-)

Gary and his team worked a miracle to replace the rear gate of my very unusual, 2003 commercial duty truck shell. Highest marks.

Great experience buying a trailer hitch from these guys. They put in an order for me even though I called after hours and it arrived the next day. The price was also better than what I was quoted at U-haul or Autozone. The employees are also friendly and responsive! Good vibes all around.

If you need anything for your truck these guys have it and will install it. They are professional knowledgeable patient and helpful. Gary always has time to share a story even when they're extremely busy. I'm glad I went and will be back.

I had a great experience here. Aaron was very helpful and went above and beyond in helping me choose kayak racks and arrange installation. He was very kind and answered all of my many questions. Everything was surprisingly quick despite many industries having a lot of backorders and pandemic delays. Always love supporting a local business and it’s easy to do when the service is great.

Dad bought his canopy from this place a decade ago. I inherited the truck and on a trip back up from Southern California one of the hinges broke. They were able to replace it with factory parts within 24 hours so I could get on the road again. And that was 10 years later. Awesome place, reasonably priced, highly recommend.

Just acquired a new Ford pick up and ordered a canopy for it. The third canopy that I've bought from Rain Cap over the years. Got a call from them that it was in and ready two weeks before we thought it would be ready. Thought that we scheduled the install for the following Friday. When I showed up it wasn't scheduled because they had thought that I would call back. A misunderstanding, probably on my part. Non the less, Gary moved heaven and earth with a full schedule and got it done anyway! Very nice people, awesome selection of products, and truly amazing service!

Aaron was really helpful in finding the one hitch that is compatible with my car, and helping me figure out if it would also accommodate my bike rack. Installation was easy to schedule, done quickly and looks great. I highly recommend Rain-cap!
