The tech Raji was so efficient and great, I'd give her alone five stars. I also appreciate their hours of operation. It's low stars because there's no publicly accessible staff or reception (that I've seen) at this location - it's an underground waiting room box with some touchscreens, bright lights, and Quest marketing. So just schedule with that in mind.

The last time I was here there was just one big room and no privacy, now there's a bunch of separated rooms and a nice check in tablet that is way easier than it used to be setup, you just scan your driver's license and insurance card instead of having to go to a person to show your insurance card. Wait time can be long if you don't schedule an appointment like my husband and I didn't. The lady was really nice and was making sure I was okay, I don't like needles but I made it through just fine. Overall great experience.

I made an appointment and I didn't have to wait, I think they even called me 5 minutes early. The workers were extremely nice and the office and the bathroom was exceptionally clean, which I really appreciate. I hate going into an unsanitary health setting (oxymoron, right?). What I appreciated the most though was that the tech M. Sandhu was great! I have small veins and usually end up bruised from the tech searching and searching for a vein. This time I didn't even feel anything. It was quick and painless. This girl was VERY skilled. I was anxious about going, but I'm happy I chose this location.

Terrible phone service. Can't talk to any live person. Can't make an appointment for lab work. This is why Peace Health uses these fools.

Had a great experience on a Sunday evening! The tech was super nice and efficient, I think her name was Ashley. I didn’t even have to wait at all to be seen since there was no one else here. It’s opened until 6pm on weekends now, I love it !

The staff is great. The problem is everything else. No longer have a greeter, forced to use a a tablet with limited option. Online check-in just sends you to a phone number that no one answers and refers you back to the website you were just at. All Quest outlets maintain their own database, so nothing is shared automatically (like the 14th century). So if the doctor sends the order to the wrong outlet, they won't see it, and tell you they didn't it. There's no push notification that they have the doctors order so you gamble every time you go. Finally, its pretty much a monopoly- so you really don't have any choice where you're doctor can send it that I'm aware of.

Make an appointment before you go! If you do that you can get in at a timely manner.. don't be that person who acts like your time is more important than everyone else's.That being said I am giving a 1 star because my last 2 blood draws have not been pleasant. The most recent one was nice, but the provider moved the needle around in my arm to find the vein, I've never had anyone do to me before (although I've heard of it). The experience before that the technician could not find the vein and did use an alternate site (which is great) but it's possible that I was injured that time.

I have no complaints about the techs who draw blood, but making an appointment there is a nightmare. They've recently remodeled the place so that there's no receptionist -- just machines. Every person who came in while I was there had problems with the touchpad interface and there was no one around to ask for help. This is stupidly bad service!Last week I made an appointment online for the next morning and *I got a confirmation code*. When I showed up for the appointment, the system couldn't find my appointment. Someone said she'd look into it, but a) never reappeared and b) it was obvious it was going to be a long wait. Went home and rescheduled -- this time, in addition to the confirmation code, I got an email (never got one the first time).

Went into this location for a walk in to get my 1 hour glucose test because it states walk ins are welcome. LIES! When I got there, there is nobody to check in with, just a iPad you have to put your info into only for it to tell you next available opening is HOURS later. Why do you advertise walk ins welcome if they really aren’t? I could have saved time and gas if that’s what was going to happen when I arrive! FYI I arrived at 9:00 am when they opened and it was an empty waiting room- the next appointment was 3:10 in the afternoon!

What a fraud! I'm appalled how your company deals with my billing It feels like you are extortionist Taking advantage of the way you process your charges I have made multiple payments for bills I received paying them twice and three times I have reported you to the consumer bureau,BBB and the state attorney general s office A fraudulent company! Now they are claiming that I owe them money from last year when the bill shows it's services done this vear!

I had my blood drawn today by Meredith at Quest on Cordata Parkway and she was extremely rude. I asked her question about the test and she snapped and said “ can I do one thing at the time ?!!” And later instead of answering my questions, she turned the screen and said “here!” I said I can’t read the test order as all in codes. I do not recommend this location to anyone as long as she still works there

I have been going to quest diagnostics for many years since they have many locations, and their service has been average. But my last visit with Meredith in the Bellingham Quest was HORRIBLE. She is extremely rude. As long as she works there, i will never come back to this location.

Make an appointment before going. Even if you are being sent directly across the hall to this lab, make an appointment on your phone and then go over. Those with appointments will be seen before those who have been waiting around forever.

I attempted to call the Quest lab at Cordata Parkway in Bellingham. The phone number routes me to a lab here in Southern California. Unbelievable!

Tried to call number on the website for the Cordata location, got some other State, tells you to press "6" for other locations. Pressed "6", says that's an invalid selection!! All other Quest phone numbers do the same thing. Unable to contact by phone. Sad that a large corporation can't get there phone numbers figured out. What a poor way to run a business.
