Great tech with amazing skills, her personality made the whole experience better. Barely felt the venipuncture when the girl started talking to me and distracted me, within a few seconds she said "I'm done" and I couldn't believe it, she took out atleast 12 vials with the most minimal pain. Super grateful they have someone who knows what they're doing. Can't believe her when she told me how long she went to school for and how long she's been doing that job for. She's definitely a professional and took her time to make sure all my orders would be completed during my visit!

I’m a person with very bad vanes… usually takes two or three tries before someone gives up and asks another tech to have a look. Ashley took the time to make sure she found a semi decent, for me… vane and I was shocked because she got me on her first time! Plus I didn’t really even feel it! She knew to try with a butterfly and id compare my experience with her to a butterfly ? gently landing on me. I was truly impressed and amazed! Someone please give this woman a pay raise!
In my past experiences of having to go for treatments on a regular basis, in several different states over the years, which there have been literally hundreds of iv’s, blood draws by way to many different people to for me to keep count, including doctors themselves who have to put weekly iv’s into my jugular’s and a few times even trying between my toes! This is how warn out my vanes are. Usually no one can find a vane and when someone finally does, they are not only very difficult to access do to 50 years of built up scar tissue, once located they like to roll and or just collapse! So I'm being very honest when I say Ashley is a patient person and amazing teck! I wish I could take her around with me to all my treatment appointments! Thanks for hiring her she is definitely an asset to your team and company. I will request her whenever I need to have my blood drawn so please do something to acknowledge her as a highly valuable technician. Thanks so much! Ashley is amazing! I was one of those whose veins are very difficult to find and work with and there are handful of times people fail to draw by blood at different clinics. Not only Ashley successfully drew my blood but also she was incredibly nice, patient and professional.

I have a phobia of needles, but the vampires here are gentle and I can barely feel the needle going in and out and they make sure to distract me so I don't know when it happens so this quest is the best.

I'm thrilled! Ashley is the best! Thank her very much! She is so gentle, she was very worried about me, it's very nice! Ashley has golden hands, because I didn't feel any pain at all!!!! Ashley also speaks Russian, which is very valuable to me, since my English is very bad!!! My children also came to Ashley, thanks to her kindness, support and sweet smile, my children are not worried at all and are not afraid to donate blood, and now they are not afraid to donate blood at all!
