Rand is a one of a kind, not only is he extremely knowledgeable and his years of experience and expertise is unrivaled, but his customer service and kindness to take the time to educate is one of the many reasons that makes this place very exceptional. I came by after realizing my brake lights were out and the owner was able to immediately help me and problem solve a tricky issue! He was polite, calm and quickly solved my emergency situation. It was super affordable as well! I highly recommend this mechanic!

Okay, The impossible just happened for this "day and age". After talking to 6 repair shops and paying one $170 for a (incorrect) diagnosis, I called Quattro because of the reviews (two guys that drive from Seattle to have Rand work on their cars!). Rand patiently listened to me tell him my issue and the history of the issue (which is minor, but annoying). He immediately said "yes, that sounds like.....it's very common and there is an easy fix that you can do yourself". Every other shop said "it could be many things and we'll need it for a diagnosis and then go from there". I've already been through that twice with no correction. So, now I'm looking for a reason to take it into Rand.....Thank you
