I could not be more grateful to the whole Pysden Team! My husband and I bought our first house, not just together but in general, and these AMAZING people were so helpful every step of the way. They powered through every bump in the road and every obstacle to ensure that we closed in a timely manner. Not only are they professional, but they're also wonderful people. My husband returned home from deployment, I had a baby, and we moved into a new home all within a month... and yet no matter how hectic my life got with trying to buy, they were so sweet and understanding. Jennifer Ahlbom was great to work with on our refi from start to finish – very quick response time and her detailed explanations made the whole process easy to understand and not even remotely a headache at any point. She patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions in a professional, upbeat manner that put me at ease instead of making me feel like an idiot. I'd absolutely work with her again in the future and I'd recommend her to anyone I know that's looking for a new loan or to refi.

I just want to say that this team is absolutely stellar.
It took us years to be financed because we have always been self employed. It was torture and so depressing. We we’re referred to Melanie’s team through our real estate agent. She told us that there was a perfect team for our tough case.
Once Melanie took our case, she just didn’t let go. Every no she got from underwriting, she fought with more info and facts. She went back again and again. I just kept supplying what she asked me for. When she was done, we had a full clad approval all the way through underwriting. She didn’t waste our time, and she worked her butt off.
Looking for a house was a whole new problem in this market, but when we finally found a house we were able to close in TWO weeks! I cried when we closed and walked into our first home.
I HIGHLY recommend this team. I am absolutely thankful for their hardwork, strong minds, and endless energy.
