I've been to a lot of CrossFit gyms across the country and this place is by far the best. Safety oriented, top notch coaching, combined with a very friendly and communal atmosphere. They make going to the gym safe and fun!

Expert coaching and an atmosphere that keeps you coming back. I came to Profitness Northwest for personalized training while recovering from injuries that seriously impacted my functioning. Coaches carefully assessed my strength and movement and programmed training sessions that have allowed me to safely and steadily build strength I never thought I’d get back again.I’ve been to a lot of gyms, and Profitness Northwest’s focus on technique and quality of movement is unparalleled. They helped me correct form where many other coaches had given up or missed key aspects. I’m eternally grateful for their expertise. Thanks to Profitness Northwest I’m able to be active again!

Wow, this is a great inspiring place. I moved to B'ham less than a year ago and stumbled onto PFNW, freshly retired from a stressful law practice, and looking for fun and healthy challenges. I hit the jackpot! The trainers led by Chad are great teachers and great people. They get it. This allows the members to compete against the "Workout of the Day" aka WOD, not each other. Everyone respects and helps each other and we root each other on, making everyone a winner! At the same time safety is key to PFNW's success. Safety is ensured through watchful, thoughtful and careful proactive technique coaching by the trainers for each and every exercise. There is no one size fits all. The trainers are very patient with all members, new and old, experienced or novice, athletic or not. Plus, there is no such thing as a dumb question. I could go on and on, but go ahead and read the other reviews and give PFNW a visit. You won't be disappointed. Each class I attend is always the highlight of my day.

If you want a friendly and welcoming gym environment with trainers and members that will support your fitness goals from whatever fitness background you're coming from, this is the place for you! I have been fortunate to always find excellent Crossfit gyms and PFNW is at the top of my gym experiences. The workout planning is top notch. The facility and equipment is clean and in great condition. The atmosphere is encouraging and nonintimidating. The trainers give you the coaching you need to improve your abilities and prevent injuries. The owner and head coach, Chad, is an outstanding coach, leader, and overall human being. I recommend this gym to everyone I know who is interested in Crossfit/personal training.Work is taking me away from Bellingham and not being able to come to this gym is making me question the life choices I have made because I look forward to coming to this space every day and working through whatever surprise is waiting for me on the whiteboard!

I dropped in for a crossfit class and it was a great experience. The facility is good sized with all the requisite equipment. Chad the owner/ coach was very good at demonstrating and helping scale the movements. The community was friendly and welcoming and nice and relaxed.

Prior to trying ProFitness NW my only gym experience was doing solo, non directed workouts at big open gyms with the only goal being: Workout because they say it's good for you. That was fine but never fulfilling. It never kept me interested for any valuable length of time. Fast forward several children and one pandemic later and I felt disappointed by my long neglected fitness level and my overall health. I nearly went back to one of the big gyms because it was always 'fine' but my husband reminded me that I'd had this gym in mind years earlier. Thank goodness for that! I didn't even know what CrossFit was before I tried my first class but was pretty much hooked immediately. The coaches are super supportive and encourage everyone to workout at their fitness level. The classes are challenging and fun. Everyone at the gym is very welcoming, encouraging, and helpful. I'm so much stronger than I've probably ever been and only getting stronger. It's been two years of classes now and my only regret is that I didn't start going here when I very first wondered what it was all about.

ProFitness Northwest is an AMAZING gym! I’ve never felt so instantly at home with the coaches and the members. They make sure you have proper form every time to keep from injuring yourself. I had a bad shoulder from biking and was worried I couldn’t do some of the workouts, but I have always been provided a safe alternative to maintain my workout without further injuring myself and I really appreciate that! Everyone is so inclusive, kind, and encouraging and I felt challenged while having fun. The gym is clean, the music is good, the workouts are great and the people are amazing. Top notch!

I participated in the free class that was offered by ProFitness Northwest, and was warmly welcomed into the fold of the small class. The instructor, Christy, and three regulars were helpful, encouraging and friendly.The class was efficient, effective and made it easy for me to follow along, even as the newbie.The space itself is nice, feels newer, is clean, and is well set up for small group classes.It felt good being invited back to see and meet more members. Thank you!

Chad’s commitment to his craft is bar-none the most competent, passionate, motivated, and determined I have seen in my years as a competitive weight lifter at the collegiate level. He backs up his trainings with years of success in a wide variety of athletes, at all different levels. He brings a warriors mindset into the gym, whether it is his private sessions, CrossFit classes, or martial arts training. He works exceptionally well with any level of fitness and he and his team throw themselves into each session with maximum effort. Few people find what they are truly passionate about and commit to it full heartedly, this is precisely what Chad and his team have done at ProFitness Northwest, and he lives it out everyday. This is unwaveringly a champions environment, period. I recommend ProFitness Northwest to anyone wanting to sharpen themselves in a fully rounded way; the betterment of body, mind, and soul.
