“My mother passed away last month and the memorial service is this weekend. My father, understandably, has been overwhelmed with preparations. We went to Office Max on Thursday to print the memorial pamphlets, which I thought would be plenty of time. We were told they could not be printed on time because they were really overwhelmed with orders. Cliff, the general manager, saw our distress and went above and beyond to make sure we had our pamphlets printed that night. What a gem!!! He saw my father's despair and not only helped us get the job done on time, but also made sure we felt supported and cared for in our time of need. What an angel! I will be forever grateful to Cliff for helping us through such a difficult time. The world needs more amazing humans like him.”

Dogs when they’re around each other play a game called dominance. In that game they try to mount each other to prove who the more dominant dog is. Does not matter how old they are, they will do it their entire lives. If one of the dogs needs to scold the other dog for doing something he does not want done to him then let the dog do it. The dogs will work it out they’re extremely tough and intelligent. They don’t need to be micro managed when they’re playing with each other and especially don’t change how you treat your customers over it, that’s just ridiculous. Just fyi no need to go into holier than thou, judgmental, control freak karen mode over what dogs naturally do to each other every day, as long as it’s not hurting them. Good luck to you”

“These folks were great. I am helping with a party project for the invitations, there were multiple changes, questions, shipping issues etc. They answer all our questions, rewrote the quote based on our changes and were very patience and professional.I price[shopped comparing another local printer in Michigan and other online services, I found these folks were competitive and apples to apples a little less expensive but the errors they averted would have been missed if we had gone with an online server. So apples to apples is not a fair analysis. Since they are local to me, I was able to go into the store and physically go over the project with the staff, this helped tremendously and again we averted an error. I would not hesitate to involve them in a future project. I can recommend them as business owner and consumer.

“Lithtex NW is a reliable, consistent, and easy to work with company that is able to facilitate most printing needs for most businesses. While we work directly with our local branch in Burlington, our larger orders or machine specific orders come through the Bellingham facility. We've never had any serious issues through dozens and dozens of very large brochure orders. We try our best to provide Lithtex with what they need with as reasonable timeline as we can provide to ensure that we are a good partner to have. Recently we have made some bigger orders with pretty urgent timeframes out of necessity and, when able to, they still knock it out of the park.Thanks”
“My need was pretty simple: scan a 24x36 survey plat to a pdf file I could email. Although simple for them, it was a precious blueprint that would be very expensive to replace, as in 10k to get a new survey done. I am so pleased that for less than $5 I had exactly what I needed, in a short time, and there was no damage to the original. Thanks API!”
“Staff has always been very helpful dating back to the 90’s to a time when it was then called Kinkos.
There’s 3 entrances to the parking lot with a decent space for parking it’s always got open spaces so if you’re not in a rush for the door and won’t mind a few extra steps to get to the door you’ll not crowd the door parking spaces. Avoid the flock.
It’s a nice open building with lots of space, numerous printer’s and options.
And you can send out your FED Ex business from there.
