Exceptional service from Matthew White in the Bellingham office today! I'm out of area in Spokane and was having a problem with notifications showing up on my Phillips CPAP, shutting off my machine in the middle of the night to tell me, "Great job wearing your CPAP for 7 days!" and other unneeded messages. My doc couldn't help, and my local PHM referred to Matthew. He called me right back, researched and discovered the problem, got approval to change web-based settings I didn't even know existed, and followed up with a call in the same day to let me know it was (most-likely) fixed. All with a stellar attitude that's rare these days. Bravo, Matt! Keep it up, and thanks for a new chance at a good night's sleep!
