They have a lot of cool things, but who prices this stuff? I saw a couple used Harbor Freight jack stands that were priced more than than they cost new. I also saw a small tool, still in the package with their price on the front, flipped it over to see the original price tag on the back of it for about half what their price was. These are just two examples, there are many more.

Negative experience! Firstly, they treat clients like children and ask everyone to lock their purses up in a tiny locker while you shop. Signs everywhere stating don't do this, don't do that. Prices were absurdly high. A vintage Christmas decoration of elves spelling NOEL had an asking price of $1,250 (it sells MAX for $195-250). Mainly junk in the store. The woman up front has the music loud but takes phone calls and has it on speakerphone volume 10. Blasting music and her screaming back to the screaming voice who's talking on the other end. I will not check my handbag in your dirty lockers. The onus is on you to improve your security, not to treat people like criminals when they come in.

I stopped going here. I used to find items comparably priced, but after trying a few more times, found them extremely overpriced and customer service was about non-existent. If you want to be ignored and treated like scum, then this is the place for you (@#!$%@#)!!!

I alway like going there when given the chance. Nice variety of items. Sometimes I find the little gems, like a set of clamps for work, a radio for my shop, and the like.
