Very reasonable prices, super easy and convenient to sign up online. Staff was very friendly. Gates available 6am-9pm for accessing unit. Definitely recommend.

I rent a 5 x 10 unit and the cost goes up every month now up to 182.00 I do not understand I am never late with my payment and yet the price per month keeps going up.Kaleb sucks!!

Caleb is an absolute rock star!! Truly made my experience with this storage facility a piece of cake and was simply a delight to work with. He was responsive, kind, and answered all my questions to ensure things went smoothly. Even the move out process was seamless thanks to him, and he helped resolve a system issue that would have resulted in an over charge on my account in a matter of seconds. Really great job and your hard work is appreciated!

Caleb is amazing! Polite, knowledgeable, gracious,,, so many positive adjectives to describe my experience working with Caleb. Honestly, I'm only sad to think that someone that good will quickly advance and I won't be working with him much longer.Caleb is helping me secure a storage unit that is perfectly suited for our needs. He worked to save us money where he could and was patient with walking us through the necessary paperwork.Five stars for Caleb and Pacific Self Storage!
