If you're in need of a battery, this is the place to go. They have wonderful products that they stand behind. The owner Frank clearly knows how to do business and so do his employees, Trevor, Jordan and others.

Good for a car battery, but they’ve got them in all shapes and sizes at Pacific Power. My car battery died, and went to this place on a whim. In and out in 5 minutes. They tested my old battery, gave me some options for a new one, and sent me on my way. New battery is working good so far. No complaints for these guys.

I returned six golf cart batteries to Pacific Battery, which were their own brand. Although they offered only $2 per core for the return, they charge an additional $15 per battery as a core charge when you purchase a battery without returning an old one. This seems unfair, especially since these were their batteries, and the core charge was already paid when they were originally bought six years ago. This practice feels like double-dipping, and in a way, it's almost like stealing most companies give you your core charge back in full when returning there container. I expected better from a local company. It's disappointing that they would essentially take extra money when you're just trying to buy a battery. I wouldn't recommend them based on this experience; even Walmart offers a better deal.

I stopped in for a battery for my utility quad. The associate had me up and running with a new battery in only a couple of minutes. He was even able to point out a dead cell on my old battery. I learned something new, and I love that! I highly recommend them for your battery needs.

I love these guys! I have bought dozens of car batteries from this company throughout the years and have always had a great experience. The staff is super knowledgeable and they always have what I need in stock and ready to go. If I could give them 6 stars I would!

I had to ride my e-bike over to get a new battery for my car. I felt awkward bringing my bike in (to keep an eye on it) but the man working there (named Jordan) greeted me at the door and told me to bring it on it. He helped me out with a new car battery and was very nice and quick! Thanks again!
