I was the victim of a hit and run, and so had to bring my car in last week. I asked when I would hear back, and they told me "early next week." They then texted me on Tuesday that that would have an update "later this week." They are now closed for the week, as they are not open Fridays, and I have not heard an update. I am running out of time with the rental car I have through my insurance, and could not be more disappointed with Olsen's poor customer service and lack of follow-up. I have no way of knowing if my car is totaled, and no indication when I might hear back. This is all after it taking nearly two months after the accident for them to even be ready to take my car. I could not recommend more strongly against taking your business here.
Update: They have now said they are "hoping to complete [the] vehicle by the end of next week." It has been over two months since my accident and I am going to be stranded without a car because this company keeps pushing me back. Shame on you, Olsen.

Good communication and easy to work with. Unfortunately my car was totaled and they were unable to work on it. They did all the inspections insurance asked for and moved along the process with easy.

A month out for estimates? What a joke. Be professional and do estimates timely to earn business. Glad you are busy but any other shop I went to did a timely estimate.

Olsen has well deserved reputation as the best auto body repair shop in Bellingham and Whatcom County in general. The staff are consummate professionals dedicated to keeping customers informed in a timely and clear fashion with texts, calls, and a website with repair details and a timeline. The work quality is superb. I was so impressed from beginning to end. Thank you Olsen.
