We went to Office Max on Thursday to print the memorial pamphlets, which I thought would be plenty of time. We were told they could not be printed on time because they were really overwhelmed with orders. Cliff, the general manager, saw our distress and went above and beyond to make sure we had our pamphlets printed that night. What a gem!!! He saw my father's despair and not only helped us get the job done on time, but also made sure we felt supported and cared for in our time of need. What an angel! I will be forever grateful to Cliff for helping us through such a difficult time. The world needs more amazing humans like him.”
