We bought an 04 F-150 Lariat Supercab from these guys about a half a year ago. Marty was a very kind, considerate salesman who vouched for this low mileage truck (about 130K), as a friend of his was the previous owner and had truly babied it... the 5.4 Triton engine is notorious for plug issues and bad phasers, but if those issues were taken care of, okay.

You can't beat the selection of cars from budget pieces to really clean European cars. We're purchasing our second car in three months from Marty later today, and it's the service and value on our first purchase that brought us back. If you don't need brand new, shop these guys.

Marty was a very kind, considerate salesman who vouched for this low mileage truck (about 130K), as a friend of his was the previous owner and had truly babied it... the 5.4 Triton engine is notorious for plug issues and bad phasers, but if those issues were taken care of, okay. unfortunately, i took the word of first Marty and then the service-man at Ford where the truck had been worked for years that the Triton's known issues had been taken care of... to make a painful tale short, we're now financing the truck, new wheels and tires, and a reconditioned engine - triple what we can comfortably afford. needing new wheels and tires are par for the course (I'll go ahead and assume that neither the folks at Ob-1 nor the previous owner knew how badly corroded the wheels were), yet needing a new engine after not even paying off a tenth of what we owe and driving a meager 2K since we've owned it is most certainly not 'par for the course,' with an investment like this. the engine failure means $6100 more in the hole for us on top of $10k we still owe on the Ford, and that's financially crippling for us. to sum up, after getting a simple, "Well, things happen with used cars," from the owner after reporting on the engine failure, I wholeheartedly recommend staying clear from this dealership.

I'd been around to a few places in the Puget sound and Bellingham, and OB1 was my favorite so far. Nick is who helped me out. It was the first car I bought from a lot, and instead if treating me like an idiot, trying to sell me heated seats and warranties, he gave a brief description of the vehicle's history, handed me the keys and walked away. After test driving, Nick was a great guy to deal with. Went and discussed the price, got the whole thing squared away. Nick had a really great attitude and was pleasant to be around. This is probably one of the best sales I've ever gone through. This place is excellent. 3000 miles later and my 2007 Subaru outback has had NO problems. A+

I have purchased 3 cars from Marty. He has always been fair and extremely knowledgeable. O-B 1 is the ONLY used car dealer I will trust. They always have my back. Being single , and female always offers challenges. This is one challenge I have confidentiality crossed off my list!

Well trying to test drive a truck and meet the owner to put more gas in it and then get told it's sold. Not even 3 mins into the drive. It was just very unprofessional and rude. Guess we arnt going there again.

We have purchased several cars and trucks through OB1. We here at Gary's Plumbing and Heating had great experiences in the last few years and wanted to acknowledge them. We worked with Marty and Jim who were very helpful in providing information as we evaluated the vehicles we would buy. They are fair and honest during the negotiation process which is always a balancing act of trade-in, cash and financing. We've gotten very fair deals on excellent vehicles.
