Great place to take your metal scrap- highest prices paid and honest with weights. Highly recommend these folks to be your local scrap place if you're coming your cleanup at the barn.

Called the office to ask if they would buy ~200lbs of mild/stainless scrap and was told yes. When I got to the yard one guy laughed me off, another was very rude and insisted there was a 500lb minimum for purchases. I drove all the way out to Zs and dumped it there instead.

The people who you talk to aren’t pleasant really.. they told me anything I’d give them would be a donation since it was around 300 pounds and then hung up on me

*BE AWARE*Make sure you weigh your materials before dropping them off.I have been there only a couple times; the first time I didn’t weigh the material I was dropping off , and when I Looked at the receipt it all seemed ok.The second time I weighed everything with my own scale before I stopped by.As soon as I got there, I told them what I had and they proceeded to put the materials on their scale. At that moment I got a little distracted and didn’t pay much attention to the numbers they came up with. It wasn’t until I saw my receipt when I noticed that they only put less than half of the material weight compared to what I got with my own scale.I talked to them about it, and they took care of it right away, supposedly they got a couple numbers mixed up. I know that we’ll make mistakes at some point, but if we don’t have an idea of much materials we’re bringing in, how will we catch this mistakes ?.......

They don't believe in second chances. I had car problems so I couldn't make an interview. He was confrontational over the phone. And very accusatory. If they don't believe in second chances then for me as a consumer there is another amazing company well suited for your recycling business like RDF or Scrap it.
