My sprinter van had some front suspension parts improperly installed in another state a week ago causing significant tire damage. Matt and his staff took got me an appointment quickly and took care of the faulty alignment in a few hours this morning at a very fair price and got me back on my way. Thanks Northwest Euro!

We’d been dealing with a tire leak on our Sprinter van for a few days. A different shop we went to wasn’t able to help because they told us the threads in our hub were stripped and if they took the wheel off they’d have to replace the hub for $2,000 and they didn’t have the part so it would take 2 weeks.
As we were passing through town we called the Mercedes which couldn’t fit us in and recommended we go to Northwest European Autoworks. And what a great recommendation!
Matt and Chris got us in immediately. After looking at our wheel, their team was able to fix it without needing to replace the whole hub too. We even decided to do an oil change and replace our headlights too and I still saved over $1,200 vs what it could’ve cost me. It was absolutely the best result we could’ve hoped for.
That’s the benefit of working with experts! I would definitely recommend them for anyone with a Sprinter.

When my Mercedes broke down i wasnt sure were to take it. When the tow truck arrived i asked him were he would take it if it was his,and said Northwest European in Bellinham WA so thats were it was dropped and following morning they they fit it in to there schedual. Good people great service!

After looking around for good shops to work on my e34 525i some years ago and getting either incompetence(not understanding how a non electrical fuel mpg gauge works) or snobbish customer service at another local European dedicated shop, I came across nw European. After years of getting my bmws serviced there I have finally moved out of state, and all I can say is I was always happy with the service at nw European! The labor costs climbed significantly over the years, but I still valued the expertise and extensive knowledge of what might be going wrong, and the invaluable advice(one example, a complicated and fairly expensive repair was diagnosed spot on from very few symptoms). I'm sitting right now in my highly recommended e39, followup to my e34, and loving it.
With both Matt, the face up front for years now who always was very helpful and straight to business with the right questions, and Ron the owner, you can tell their joy in European cars everywhere. This shop is a breath of fresh air and the only place I would consider taking a European vehicle in the NW.

Thorough, fast and reasonably priced work on a 1999 Boxster I needed a pre purchase inspection for, as well as some minor work. Matt and his team did a fantastic job

My car was taken apart. Deemed mechanically totalled. Then they refused to put my car back together and sent me home $2600. Later with a "BOX" of parts in my car that I CANNOT part out to make any money off my car. Who doesn't put parts back together!?!?!?! Lies.

Wonderful customer service, spoke with Matt about a situation out of topic of any service they offer and he handled it as serious as me.
You can tell the workers stand for more than money here at Northwest European, they have pride in their work and customer trust.

It’s not every day you get great service from a business that you haven’t even used yet. But Matt at Northwest European Autoworks took my phone calls about questions I had regarding a particular car that needed inspecting. He gave me some great advice on what to look for and how I should proceed with my purchase. Matt even called me to inquire on my progress! That’s 1st class service! I highly recommend this shop for your European auto repairs!
