  Well after purchasing a vehicle from liquidation car company to be honest I wouldn't even give it one star this is hands down the worst place to ever purchase a vehicle. Not only do they reset the check engine light there was a smell quite putrid like electrical wires burning and I quote the manager says to me oh that smell it'll burn off it's just from when we fixed it. Well the first week I had to park the car for 2 weeks because first the backup camera I decided to turn on while I was driving forward and when I shut the car off every time I went in it to go somewhere I would need a jump because it would be dead. Which is crazy because I was told we're going to go ahead and give you a new battery and I quote. Will come to find out the battery was refurbished and the reason the electrical I guess was going crazy from what their mechanic told them to tell me was because of this aftermarket Kc light they had been put on by I'm guessing the previous owner was draining power so hence the car malfunctioning I quote. I had mentioned I wanted my money back they say to me but let's fix what's going on first and then we'll go from there. Now let's fast forward to a week later now the car is grumbling when I started like it's going to die and when I idle it's sputtering like it's going to die. So I decided to bring it back up to them the next day. Now day before I did that I brought it into jiffy lube to check my fluids now they're looking at my vehicle they had to call over their mechanic because they couldn't believe there was no oil in the vehicle I guess we're very very low and the mechanic came over and speak to me and let me know that when liquidation car co was doing work on it had damaged a belt cover which in turn caused an oil leak and the reason why I didn't see the oil leak was because of the skid plate underneath the vehicle. I informed liquidation of what jiffy lube had told me. Told them about the sputtering almost dying feel the rumbling in the beginning when starting the vehicle and since I've brought the car up again to go ahead and fix the passenger door. That was on a Wednesday that Friday they told me to go ahead and come pick up the car I told them that I didn't feel comfortable taking a vehicle that they were waiting on parts 4. When asking the associates what parts we were waiting for no one would tell me they kept ignoring my question and told me that the owner would call me on Monday so I had to wait all weekend to find out what was wrong with my car. Well on Monday I waited until 4:00 p.m. for the owner to call me he did not so I called told me I asked him again what parts were waiting for you catalytic converter something to do with the oil leak and one other part I'm a girl what can I say I can't remember the third. He reassured me that it was okay to pick up the vehicle and I'm like are you sure you guys aren't playing a trick on me where I would do more damage to it. He reassured me I would not. So I went and picked up the vehicle that night. When they addressed the passenger door we can open it from the inside now but now the window doesn't roll down and the door frame actually is not attached anymore. The car sounds worse than it did what I brought it up. And they let me know that the parts are in. I brought the car up last Monday gave now had my vehicle for 8 Days going on 9 when I called today to ask for an update they put some guy named Jerome on the phone who was treating me as if I were an inconvenience as they're holding my car hostage because now they're waiting on more parts the gentleman kept talking over me and when I asked him if I could please finish speaking he said as long as you keep it to just the question so when I did that he started having a conversation with someone else and laughing at me not listening to me I believe this is retaliation because on Friday I filed a complaint with the BBB.   Worst place to buy a car they sell Vehicles that they know need mechanic work. They know it needs work so they wait tell someone buys it so they can fix it and get more money off of that car

  Had the absolute worst experience all of the vehicles were insanely overpriced I asked for the vehicle inspection the lady at the counter said they go thru after I began the purchasing application she became very irate with me so I cancelled my purchase was told I'm no longer welcomed back not a very professional atmosphere will never recommend like who treats a buyer like that ?

  This place is terrible! STAY AWAY! At first they seemed like a great company but that couldn't be further from the truth. My co-worker who knows the owner says that they scam everyone and how true that is.My ex didn't have great credit which is why we ended up at that place. My ex and I broke up and I kept the car. The car was in my name and I was making payments on it. I was two months away from paying it off.Then the car started to have all of these problems. Like most cars do. I took it in for a stalling issue. It kept dying on me when I would slow down to a stop sign or light. I took it in for that one problem.They never called me to keep me updated on anything that was going on. It took a week to finally get all of the answers I needed. They said they were ordering parts because there were other problems with my car. They said it was unsafe to be on the road. They wanted 700 for parts that were second hand so basically used parts and 800 for labor plus about 50 for shop tools!My dad who is a mechanic said take it to an actual dealership and have them double check this place's work. They were starting to sound shady. I took it to GMC and had them do a bumper to bumper check. Everything that liquidation said was wrong with my car did not come up at the GMC diagnostics check.I basically got sold a lemon and they know it too!

  Do not go here! It is the worst place to buy a car.they are very untruthful in their advertising. I had a horrible experience there that cost me nearly $2000 and I still ended up with no vehicle. It was the only money I had and to this day...I'm vehicle less

  Better believe everything everyone says, n if its a seap it dont get fixed like oil coolant, fluids ect. It only gets fixed n replaced if its a leak and dripping. N if it csn be mc givered n work then do it. Is how they run things. Just be aware, also, they will lie straight to your face. As well as if you ever plan on working there, u better keep ur tools locked up, other wise they will go through your tools, and next thing u know things come up missing. N they would rather lie then talk to you with respect and with honesty, as well as try and come up with a solution for thing. Just be aware. Save your money and go through a private party instead of them. Oh one more thing. They install tracking systems, that possess a kill switch in all of there vehicles. Just be aware of this also.

  DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. THEY SAID "WE DONT PROVIDE SERVICE RECORDS" bs....This TRUMP supporting blue lives matter company is soo awful.. moment we stepped in a lady came out and was telling us about the cars, but does she also know that this place has messed up cars? some man was also wearing a "Make America great again hat" name was ilia i believe.. he also took us out for a test drive for about 5-7 minutes up and down the road and back. it was quick, and now i know why.... The Check engine light came on as he was slowing down which is a big red flag. The car also misfired during that and he tried to play it off . didn't mention a thing. I would hope that car salesman would be on our side while buying a car to make sure we are buying what we expect. but not here. Worst place i've ever been to.

  I would give zero stars if I could. Just avoid this place. Not only do they wildly overcharge, continually lie about the vehicles conditions, and are blatantly disrespectful, they're proudly racist and misogynistic people. Save your money and go anywhere else.
