This review is not service oriented, rather related to employee relations. This company runs an uncaring and what can only be described as "cult-like" organization as it pertains to how it treats employees. They make no effort to get to know or understand their employees. Training was an absolute joke, and employees are treated with punitive measures should they not have the tools or direction necessary to perform in their role. North Coast CU offered no coaching, mentoring or 1:1's to assist and develop employees. I would seriously steer clear of this organization, as it is very poorly run. Senior Management make a great first impression, however behave as wolves in sheep's clothing and will terminate at the drop of a hat. Heartless.

Take money too early! If due date is Sunday, it should be taken next Monday. But it was taken on Friday, it really bothered my weekend!! And what's convenience fee?? Now they started to charge $8.50. I hope I can switch to different company.

Im my mothers caregiver, I was trying to help her make a medical payment because the deadline is in 3 days. The girl I talked to got my mothers permission over the phone to talk to me to see if her new card is active and to check her balance because the payments were being declined over the phone and online by the bank. When I was telling her about the situation she hung up on me. And Im already exhausted and stressed as it is with my mom recently getting out of the hospital and on new medication, this is my first experience speaking with their customer service and she just hangs up mid sentence.

Have had a horrible experience with this credit union, went through a 20 day process of giving them my routing and account number and they kept saying it was invalid so it wouldn’t work, when i pulled cash and went to a branch to make my payment i successfully made it but the next day that same amount came out of my checking account. Of course they aren’t open on Saturdays, loan officers need another training on customer service and how not to be rude to callers. Would not recommend using this credit union, had to call wecu to ask questions for them to tell me what they are doing is wrong. Had good hopes for this bank but I will be refinancing with wecu asap

Been a customer for years, the staff are amazing my main concern is with the wait times when you contact the call center, up to 30 minutes waiting on hold that is unaceptable. The other issue is not being open on satudays almost every other babk in existence is open on saturday, if these problems were to be addressed, 5 stars all around

I cannot access my online account without a member number. I have requested it be mailed to me several times to no avail. they will not allow you to log in any other way. Now I need a payoff on the weekend and they have changed their phone system to only allow you access with a member number. I have used nearly every credit union in WA state, and this one is awful.

Extremely impressed with their mortgage lending/financing services! They got us a pre-approval letter within 24 hours of applying. Incredible! From there, we successfully made a reasonable offer on a house within the seller's time frame. Although the seller ended up taking a cash offer from another buyer (such is the RE market these days), we are definitely sticking with NCCU for our future financing needs. They are friendly, knowledgeable, professional and responsive. :-)

If you want to be treated poorly, deal with a CU that uses old outdated approaches and technology, be told something is okay by one employee and not okay by another, then you have found your credit union. This CU is probably the worst financial institution ever ever dealt with on any level. Avoid them at all costs, they will be nothing but a horrible headache with no upside to you the customer/consumer.

Very long phone wait times up to 45 min . People are friendly . but I pay for this service I don't rate them as bad as Verizon but coming close on phone wait time Nccu should hire more help . just saying and this is not a new covid issue either .TttmEph 6i10-20And I thought ID show a little love since it seems they are overwhelmedThese are some of my Pictures. I opened an account for an auto loan because their rates were the best at the time. I was charged multiple times for not providing proof of insurance without notice. Whenever I have tried to call them I am on hold for up to an hour. The last time I called a manager told the person who picked up to hang up and go back to what they were doing. I am closing my account here.

I'm only writing this review because of the negative reviews I've read here. North coast has been AMAZING to me. Helped me build my credit, gave me a 4% car loan with VERY affordable payments inside my means, no fees for almost everything, very kind people, when I've had issues they resolve them promptly. I always wave their flag and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them
