First off, No. 1 Auto does do excellent work. That said, It's so far been impossible to get a return call or response in any form if you want to get any information from their advisor/estimator prior to your appointment. They have an air of aloofness that is up there with the best of them. After sending two high end cars thru their shop, I'm not sure that I'd use them again.

If you need a reliable, timely job done and expect attention to detail, do not go here. They had my spouse’s vehicle for 5 months and during that time there was excuse after excuse as to why the work wasn’t getting done. Usually it was parts related but in the end they stalled several days saying that it needed to be detailed and they “wanted it perfect for us” only to get the car back and have dust everywhere and broken pieces of the tail light found under the floor mats. My spouse does a far more thorough detailing on their own. Finally got the car back and all of the personal items inside were missing including some pieces for the car itself. How they lost these, I do not know. My spouse had to go out of their way to get personal items back. As far as the missing parts for the car itself, now they’re saying they don’t know what parts they are in order to replace them although the car was given to them with these parts and was returned without them. Mind you, we requested these parts to be replaced nearly two months ago. No follow up whatsoever from the business so my spouse called and emailed for a follow up just to be told they still have not been ordered and they aren’t sure what parts they are but said they’d “expedite them”. No actual follow up timeframe was given. I won’t be surprised if another two months goes by without a word from them leaving us to have to follow up once again to get the missing pieces of our car back. As of now, we can’t fold down the back seat due to their error with losing the part for the seats. Awful experience that seems unending. STILL WAITING months and months later for this experience to be over. My spouse has been extremely patient through this entire ordeal but I find this to be completely unacceptable. They said they would repair my car and made me sign that I give them permission to repair my car. My insurance also sent them a check. After that? They blocked me. Never picked up my calls. I had to call my insurance to void the check and go elsewhere. If you can't do the service, why promise and waste people's time? Do not trust them with your TESLA. Horrible Service.

The initial look at my car with Grayson was good and he was really nice and knew what he was doing. I dropped my car off for a couple weeks so they could have time to look at the damage (left rear tail light area) and build an estimate from there. They didn’t end up fixing my car, which is fine because it was just there for an estimate. I picked up my car today and everything had been taken out of the trunk and placed into the front passenger seat, which was more stuff then I thought just packed into the front seat for me to move. It would have been nice to know to move my stuff before having someone else scrounge through it. Then when I got there the car was on and the window down while it’s raining. Dirt and dust all over the dash and floor. I get that it’s super busy there but I’m sure they don’t send newer cars home looking like that. Definitely didn’t feel taken care of after that.

They said they had the parts . They kept my car for two weeks while I paid out of pocket for Enterprise Rent A Car. They communicated with me over the phone . E-mails had the sale representative names on them Not the A1auto body name so I did not open them not knowing who they where from on occasion . I was busy working so I needed to drive a lot. I went to look at my car they said it was torn down waiting for parts way in the back so I couldn’t see it . After two weeks my friend went there with me & asked to see it . The car front bumper still was not on the passenger door still was not on they only fixed an out of pocket expense & Not Even the one I Asked for they said I approved it over the phone. I communicated something much different than the work they did . I said I needed my car completed it took two more days . Then I paid Enterprise $865 . I got the car the old Bumper was put back on the blended door paints don’t blend . The door handles are the old handles they painted the doors without blended door handles .. I had to work with my insurance to get a new bumper still after A1auto said they had the parts omg.And now I find out they had my best friends car whom is 79 yrs old , her and her husbands car Just to fix a door handle , they held the car a whole Month. She paid Enterprise Rent a Car $1700. That’s more than the repair cost and she is still having trouble with her locks on her doors. They told her the same things . We are waiting for the parts .Unless you have lots of money and own a Tesla Don’t go there they are very busy & the receptionists Just say they don’t know anything about cars .. I regret going their sorry to say ! And these poor old people did not deserve to be treated that way out of pocket for a rent a car . Someone is doing something wrong here .Service: Body & Trim

It's all been said, basically you can only go to Number 1 Auto Body if you have the right insurer and probably a expensive repair. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A WE DON'T CARE ATTITUDE.

Very professional and capable, during a stressful time these guys know how to fix an expensive car. Looked brand new when I picked it up today. I own a 2021 Audi A5 Sportback and was hit by somebody on the front right side of my car. Mr. Burke and his team didn't hesitate to assist me under the right conditions. I was referred to them by my dealer at Audi in Bellingham because of their reputation with newer more luxury vehicles. I am Very grateful for this place. Thanks again. Be safe everyone.

Ilieda and her staff are wonderful to work with. I have never had an issue or a concern when I have left my car in their care. The staff keeps me updated when needed, they respond to my messages in a timely manner and are a great to do business with.

My car was rear ended and has been sitting in my garage for over a month. After calling them I was told to email them my preliminary insurance quote and then pictures of the damage. They still haven't responded to the email nearly a month later...

I wouldn’t want to take my car anywhere else! Ilieda and her staff gave outstanding customer service. They listened and answered all my questions regarding my car. If needed in the future I will definitely be bringing my car back.

Everyone that I interacted with was very polite and friendly. However, they couldn't work on my vehicle so I went elsewhere. Their assessor told me that my car just had a big dent and was safe to drive. And that's the assessment that was sent to my insurance company. It turned out that I had a bent leaf spring and frame damage and my vehicle was not safe to drive. Their estimate was for 3,000 and the work that was needed was actually 15,000. Maybe it would have worked out differently if they had actually worked on my vehicle but I still feel very fortunate that I went to another shop.Edit due to response from shop. I understand what you're saying, and I would agree except for the fact that the shop that I did go to found the damage with their initial assessment. No tear down involved. Your assessor missed the damage to my vehicle because they didn't look underneath, period.

I used No. 1 Automotive perviously and their service and repairs were great, so when we had another repair needed I reach out to them. I called them May 1st and they asked me to email them the insurance estimate and they would review and call me back with an appointment time, which I promptly did. The next week I called and they said they would call me back.. in summary, I have called several times, left messages and emails. To date, I have not heard back from them. Very disappointing.

I had a great experience at No. 1 Automotive. Needed repair after an accident. First question they asked was about me and anyone else in the car and if we were OK. They weren't in a hurry to get me in, do my estimate, and move on to the next person. After finding out we were all OK, they worked on my estimate, explained everything, including the insurance process until all my questions were answered. They kept me informed and did an amazing job repairing my car. Every single person I interacted with was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get their vehicle repaired.Services: Painting
