We only had 3000 miles on our Honda when a deer decided to run into the side of it. No 1 was easy to work with from estimate to completion of repairs. The repairs were done quickly and the vehicle looks new again.

? to #1 ABR!!! My cars’ repair was done in the shorter time frame I was told which made me happy. The detailers did such a great job!!! My car probably has not been that clean since I purchased it 4 yrs. ago. I must get the cleaning solution they used as my car had such a beautiful aroma left behind. I would actually hire them out to wash and clean my car if they offered just that service!

My friend recommended this shop after they recently worked on her car. The process took a little longer than expected but not due to No 1 but because of insurance delays. The people at No 1 were amazing to work with. They texted and called us with updates, and pursued contacting the insurance company on our behalf. On top of all of that, the car looks great!

The receptionist wS very nice. They torque the inside protector.toy bumper which I had to replace . They remove the light fixture that need to be reconnected after reviewing tomatoes blowing a fuse and i had to replace that and the prolem.was.the inside of the door
They left the front of my car open.and marked up. They informed geico with the possibility of removing my windshield, this was never a need.
They inflated the price so much and left a sales tags on the inside.of my bumper. . the derespect towards me was awful
Geico paid them to reassembled my car and they said they told me,, theycould not and from another auto professional, he did and covered my car. I drove my car to them and when they got through I had to tow it out. They had purple writing all over the winsheild and side door. It looked as tho a baby was playing with my car. This really depressed me for days and the shop that is now fixing my car empathize with me.. I love my car. I worked hard for it. These people.barely spoke to me. The lack.of correspondence was due to all of them being out sick, I was informed. Well the work they done look like someone was sick. I will never in my life go here or recommend anyone too them.

Did a great job on our car after an accident! They fixed it in a reasonable time, it looked great when we got it back, and were responsive when we had questions. Friendly employees. Overall, it was a very good experience. Recommend.

Getting your car fixed can be a difficult and frustrating process but No.1 made it easy and seamless. They dealt with the insurance company and had a rental dropped off to me. They were amazing with updates and responses. 10/10 recommend.
