Needed to switch out the small car for a truck since we're working in the plant was told by Eliot the manager we don't switch out vehicles for preference well its not a preference Needed a truck to move things around the company we work for has a national account we do a lot of business with national but this guy just didn't care all he said was can't switch it for preference didn't want to even look at any options or anything the other guy with me traded his truck in for another one because the check engine light came on and they tried to give him a dirty truck with Mudd on the seats and floor board so he ended up in a small suv

Updated review: National’s customer service was helpful, I didn’t realize most locations including BLI don’t offer EE upgrades. Pretty expensive ($272) for a 3 hour rental.

National SeaTac (Seattle) Airport - this location does not show appreciation for loyalty, status (Executive Elite), or continuous long term rentals (1-month). They focus too much on why they can't do something to accommodate a long term customer rather than coming up with solutions or alternatives. I enjoy using National nationwide and internationally via Enterprise - however most of my experiences at SeaTac are very desirable and nowhere compared with the customer service at AUS (Austin) or SAT (San Antonio).
