Came here for a new collar and leash for our Newfoundland. Like other pet stores, large and extra large collars don't have many options. While they didn't have any neoprene collars, they had enough of a basic selection. The staff were helpful and friendly, and gave a couple treat samples.

Incredible selection of the finest looking food, treats, and accessories for your dog, cat, or other pet. We stopped in to get some holiday gifts for our family and friend’s dogs and found the perfect gifts. A great place to shop for pets anytime of year. And, the staff was super friendly. We love to come here. The staff is extremely friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I always feel good when I ask the staff for their opinions on dog and cat food because they always offer multiple choices and explanations on each of them.Bill is also in it for the staff but he's more interested in the treats. ;)

The Pet store competition is tough in Bellingham, but there's always a reason to come back to Muday. Friendly staff, great treat and food selection, high quality pet accessories and the standard rewards program.

I very rarely write reviews but found it necessary to write one for Mud Bay Lakeway. It was mine and my pups first time in and I can honestly say it was the most wonderful pet shop experience I have ever had. Exceptional customer service, the staff was so kind and knowledgeable, and the product selection was fabulous. A great impression was made, I left with a smile on my face and with undoubtedly be back again! Tuesday August 1st staff, thank you so very much!

At the Lakeway store in Bellingham 6/25/23. Staff is always super helpful and kind. We forgot our dogs food and bowl at home 30 minutes away. Decided to run in to Mud Bay for a small bag of kibble. Sam, Jack and Richard were so helpful and gave us a couple of their samples from behind the counter and even grabbed a paper plate for us so we could feed our puppers. Always a great experience going into the store with staff of this caliber.
