Had a prepaid plan I purchased while travelling around the US for a month. The plan wasn’t working so I went into this store. A kid about 19-20 years old put in the most minimal effort possible before telling me he couldn’t fix the plan with a grin on his face and acting smug the entire time. I then had to phone t mobile and spend over 2 hours on the phone getting the plan to work because the kid at this store didn’t want to do more than the minimum at his job.

This particular METRO PCS location has the absolute best staff!! My sister and I went in Saturday and our sales rep "Julian" killed it. He was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable on the products he was selling us. What he didn't know he "found out" and I'm just not sure how long it's been since I've heard someone in customer service say "let me find out for you" and for that METRO gets 5 stars! Thanks Julian for all your help!

The meridian store in Bellingham policies are no returns on accessories is bull bought a new phone and supposedly a fast charger for a Samsung phone paid $21for a charger that only quick charges

This young lady is the greatest customer service person I or my wife have ever met.She remembered us by name, handled the matter with the utmost professional attitude and assurance that she would handle everything.I let her, my back was acting up, and I just wanted to sit down. I'm 65 with spinal stenosis. When she came back I have just had to ask for her photo and she brought her wing man. I give this Metro PC'S in Bellingham.

Naomi has been an absolute godsend! She has helped me with complicated situations regarding my phone twice now and really fought to get them resolved. I couldn't be happier with the customer service she has provided. 10/10 recommend! Thanks again, Naomi!

Intentionally lied to my parents. Told them there phones will not work and need to buy $300 new phones. I checked the IMEI # and called and talked to the same person who then told me, “oh yeah those phones will work”… what???? I sent my parent to the actual T-mobile store and reverted to there told phones which were better than what metro PCs sold them at inflated prices. The device at T-mobile was amazing!!! Shame on Metro PCS!! After speaking to the manager of this store, they were told nothing can be done and they could sell the phones for $80.. So beware, they will do a money grab on you by deceiving you. Intentionally taking advantage of seniors is unacceptable and there should be action taken for this. Even though the manager blew it off. I will be calling corporate and filling an official complaint in this location.
