It is a very honest, friendly atmosphere. This auction is online. However, the easy access yard has all the items for anyone to look at.
They have a website that is ok once you get used to it. You can keep track of your items easily online. I will use them over and over again.

Signage could be a little bit easier to see for where to turn in for auction pickup. But you can't miss the equipment sales yard signs. So not a huge deal. The staff was friendly and efficient. They were super helpful with loading. The overall experience was fantastic. Thank you

As someone coming from out of town to pick up an auction item, the address gives me the main building but not where to go for pickup. I called for clarification and the directions were very hard to follow. It would have been nice if there were signs at the stoplight directing people to turn there instead of at the building. Or include specific turning directions in the auction information for where to pick up along with the address.

This was my very first experience purchasing from this auction. I purchased 2 items totalling just over $6,000. Even though the items weren't much cheaper than buying brand new, it was still fun bidding and winning 2 Tarp shelters. That's where the fun ended though. The auction closed Saturday and I waited for Monday to come to pick up my winnings. Before arriving, I had tried multiple times to call to figure out logistics. My calls were never returned though one was finally answered. I let the lady on the phone know I was on my way to pick up lots 413 and 415.The email i recieved stated office hours were 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. I arrived at the lot at 4:20 but wasn't sure where to go. By the time I made it into the office and paid it was 4:26. The lady printed me a receipt. I did as she instructed and went to my truck, drove around the building, parked, found someone on a forklift, showed him my receipts. He located my items, told me to go park somewhere else and he'd get them for me. 10 minutes later a different man on a forklift came and handed me back my receipts and said it was too late to pick up my items they were now closed. I explained to him what I had now been there 20 minutes and had driven 45 minutes to get there. He said I could not pick up my items because the gates lock at 4:30. Eventually after scolding me he said if I backed my flatbed truck up and remove the side rails he would load them. He was very rude the entire time. Shaking his head and glaring at me. The smaller container was loaded on one side of the truck so i put the rail back on that side and went to the other side for the other container. Instead of placing the item on the open side, he went back to the other side, placed it in the ground and instructed me remove the rail again. He then proceeded to take off the smaller shelter, place it on top of the larger shelter, and then stack the two items near the edge on one side. It does not look safe to me, but I then replaced the rail and strapped down my items by myself, hoping they would make it home safely. I was not the last customer there picking items up. At no point when I was paying did anyone say I was to late to pick up my items... In fact we we making small talk about the gates outside with elk on them. I am very disappointed at the way I was treated for your guy having to load my items. Isn't that his job? The commission you charged me alone was $600 and then the seller another $600. $1200 for 10 minutes work on a forklift isn't enough? If you pick your gates at 4:30, perhaps when you email people pickup instructions you may want to require them to arrive before 3 p.m. or something. This would definitely eliminate some angry employees as well as losing customers. Thank you for taking the time to hear my experience with this business.

It's like my very own personal Disneyland! They know how to run an auction, always very professional and extremely helpful. Reminds me of going to the equipment auction as a kid.

Just won some of Meridian’s lots on HiBid. It is VERY refreshing to find an auctioneer that doesn’t nail you with the small print (AKA “Buyer Premium”)! I pulled out early from a different auctioneer yesterday due to the high Auction fee - so the item’s owner/seller could have got more had those auctioneers not been so greedy. Whereas this auction was a very fair premium AND it was capped at $500. BOTTOM LINE: Got the stuff I needed at a decent price, & didn’t get extorted high fees - So THANK YOU Meridian!

They were so easy to work with. My Dad passed and he left my mom with a shop full of valuable tools and equipment. They got my mom more money than even he expected his shop was worth. Thanks for all your help!
