I do not recommend ordering anything online through them. If there is a problem there is no way to have it corrected. I've ordered several items from them and I'm unable to access the videos. I've emailed and called and I have never received a response. It's unfair, criminal even.

Unfortunately I am very disappointed from the lack of response from this operation. I recently purchased a product that was sent as an incorrect fit for my vehicle. I tried to call there contact number on the company Web site but very conveniently they say on the recording they won't answer. They state to communicate via email which I have done twice with no response other than they will send further instructions for return process. I still have not heard back. Hopefully someone from this operation will read this and respond and give me some excuse as to why they haven't responded. I will continue to insist until I get my results. They were quick to take my money and send my incorrect part ,they should as quick to respond to service issues. Ken should make a video on how his operation works behind the scenes. Frank Lopez

I wasn't that impressed with the video I purchased from them on air suspension problems, but for the novice it will be helpful. I asked for a refund - and it was promptly granted - so kudos to them for the great customer service!

Zero customer service. I had an issue with my order so I have been trying to contact them for well over a month. The website uses a message contact system. Every time I send them a message through their website I receive an automated reply that I should hear back from them within a couple of days. I have never heard back from them. I searched for and found a phone number. They do not answer. The answering service informs you not to leave a message as it will not be listened to nor returned and then directs you to the website. I would give zero stars if I could.

Mercedes Source is your one stop shop for everything “classic Mercedes”! Especially the hard to find diesel parts. Kent is an innovator with sourcing parts to manufacturing specialty tools to avoid the frustration of these fine German vehicles. Highly recommended to keep that 3-star rolling 1M miles!

I mistakenly clicked the wrong part when placing my order. I emailed them immediately trying to fix the problem. They never reached out. After receiving the wrong parts I reached out to them several times to get a return authorization via the website contact email. The reply was a standard acknowledgement email indicating that they will contact me. They still haven’t contacted me after numerous attempts. I have a collection of old Mercedes and Mercedessource has been helpful. Unfortunately will not and do NOT recommend doing business with them do to the poor customer service.

This company is a joke, paying way to much for shipping that should take max 6 days , 3 weeks later still nothing received!!!No answers to mails ..........WHAT A JOKE THIS COMPANYDO NOT BUY WITH THESE PEOPLE is my advice

Poor customer service...I mistakenly ordered the wrong kit and immediately tried to correct it. After several emails and zero response from them I received the wrong kit. I've been trying to get a hold of them to return the part and order the correct one with zero responses on their end. Beyond frustrated! With a fleet of old Mercedes I will not be doing any business with them again and wouldn't recommend anyone else doing so either.

For an older Mercedes diyer, Mercedessourse is an answer to prayer. Kent has put together the most helpful easy to use website and source for parts and directions. I have had my 1981 240D for 3 1/2 years and have been able to do all the work required by myself with the help of Mercedessource.

I ordered a Headlight Upgrade Kit. Their "product node" listed their kits for, amongst other models, the W123 chassis. As a consequence of their misleading information, i ordered a kit that does not work with my W123. They agreed to refund my purchase but they declined to refund my shipping costs. $40. This kind of bad business conduct will inevitably cost them more than $40. So be it. It's also telling that instructional videos are available to install the product one has just purchased; at an additional cost, of course. this Reddit posts further illuminates his bad business conduct:

MercedesSource has been an awesome resource for videos and parts. The parts available are high quality and you can tell that they were chosen because of their quality/durability. Kent shows great attention to detail in the videos and sets classic Mercedes owners up for success (at least in every video that I've watched thus far).After watching a few videos, I wanted to buy parts from a local retailer but found out that the distribution office was actually in town. I've had great personal encounters with their staff with will-call pickups and they even let me borrow a tote to return. My cat is also a big fan of MercedesSoruce.

I bought a glow plug kit for my 300SD and turns out that i don't need according to my mechanic. I reached out to them to get a return authorization via the website contact email. The reply was a standard acknowledgement email indicating that they will contact me. No email from them. I left two messages on the voice mail. No return calls. I am frustrated. SO I AM NOT GOING TO PURCHASE ANYTHING IN THE FUTURE due to POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
