As a resident of Bellingham, I chose to work with Bellingham Mercedes Benz—incidentally shares a showroom, maintenance bay and staff with Toyota. Initially I was connected with John Cabal in sales, an appointment for a test drive was made. Mr. Cabal sent me a text the day before the appointment that he would not be able to make it so he was handing me off to Jordan Ashburn. During the test drive Mr. Ashburn suggested that I drive a Toyota. After explaining that I was interested in a Mercedes Benz GLS580, he admitted that he didn’t sell that many of them so he wasn’t that familiar with the model. I made another appointment to look at a GLS450. Once again, I was handed off to a different sales associate, Kai Enyeart, this time because Mr. Ashburn explained that he was promoted to management. I test drove a GLS 450 with Mr. Enyeart. He also suggested I look at a Toyota. When I asked why a sales associate representing Mercedes Benz would suggest a different make to a customer, he replies; “…I’m just trying to sell a car.” After texting, per Mr. Enyeart’s preference to arrange a purchase appointment and not received a response after 3 texts and 2 messages at the dealership, I decided there were enough red flags on this relationship and took my business to Mercedes Benz of Bellevue. The sales associate in Bellevue, Lorenzo Johnson, treated me very well. He was professional and even offered to deliver my new GLS to Bellingham. The purchase process was completed over the phone and I picked up my GLS in Bellevue because I wanted to drive it home. Though I can not discuss the customer service at Mercedes Benz Bellingham because I’ve not experienced it yet, they will not get 3 chances. Bellevue has guaranteed a loaner vehicle if I needed to travel but I’m hoping that will not be necessary. I also wished I’d had the experience other customers described, however I did not. It doesn’t hurt to look around especially when purchasing a vehicle in this price range.

While traveling from San Diego, I made an appointment for Service A. Basically an oil change and inspection.
I usually do most of my own routine maintenance. But, since we were on the road....I decided to let the dealership do it. I did have my own low expectations going to to a Mercedes dealer.
BUT...... Mercedes of Bellingham was awesome. They are not like any other dealership. They were friendly, very professional, and accommodating. The facility is nice. The waiting area is comfortable. The service only took about an hour and a half. Prices were quoted when I booked the appointment and the final charge was that....no running up the bill nonsense.
Mercedes of Bellingham is a perfect model for all dealerships in this country. I wish the local Mercedes dealers in Southern California would be like Mercedes of Bellingham.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a GLC 300 from Nick Bruce at Mercedes of Bellingham, and I can’t speak highly enough of the outstanding service and expertise he provided throughout the entire process. Carter Tipton in the finance department was awesome as well, very friendly, professional and efficient, explained every transaction and was excellent at going through all the warranty options, never felt pressured at all. We highly recommend Nick and Carter to anyone!!!

From the moment I inquired about the vehicle to the overall sales experience was a truly remarkable experience. John Cable was amazing with helping me find the same exact car, only newer that had saved my niece's life.
As far as buying a car, it was truly a pleasure doing business with him and his extensive knowledge of Mercedes Benz and how they build their vehicles.
I will DEFINITELY be coming back should I need to replace my awesome new car!

My Sprinter van needed a new transmission and they took care of all my requests. The service advisor, Kelsey was easy to communicate with and made sure my needs are met. I'd only ask for future to be the one contacted as opposed to me being the one looking for the updates but regardless, she was super polite and positive minded.
The transmission was going to take way longer to arrive from Germany so they found another new transmission from elsewhere so I'm back in business a lot sooner. The tech that came out to speak with me was very informative on how to care for a diesel vehicle as I've never had one before. I don't remember his name, but please send my compliments again.
