I recently purchased my dream truck from MB Motors, whose owner and support team were very helpful throughout the lengthy out-of-state process. They were able to get me a lower interest rate than what I was able to find on my own, they were responsive and reassuring especially during the extended warranty discussions we had, they ensured that the vehicle delivery from WA to CA went smoothly, they played a key role in handling the registration and sticker issues I encountered during a very busy and stressful time for me, and they were able to reimburse me for some corrective work that had to be done following my return. Overall, they did a good job and have my thanks and appreciation!

They did a great job selling the car, I got to their dealership right at closing and they still helped me out, they went above and beyond to help me finance the car and take it home! I am a little concerned about the car, the oil wasn’t changed and there’s a little rattle, and the engine block looks like it had been sitting for a very long time, but it is a used car. I will have to see how the car will perform in the future, but as far as the sales experience, they were very accommodating!

My experience in purchasing the 2013 Toyota Highlander limited with Mr. Boulos was amazing! He didn’t use any sales pitch language and he was very easy to talk too. He was very professional and he knew his business!! I do feel like I now have a friend in the car business and I will be back!

Highly recommend company!! Josh the salesman was a super guy to work with. No pressure, helpful and quick. The truck I was looking at had some oil residue on the front axle. Possibly due to a previous gasket repair. We easily came to a agreement that it would be fixed regardless of problem if I purchased the truck. The truck was purchase and entered the shop a couple days later. Long story short they were honest about the issue and repaired it properly regardless of the extensive shop time. They also repaired a exhaust issue (not in the agreement) both at no charge. WOW! Ten stars if possible.

This was my first time buying a car from a dealer. I had a lot of anxiety based on the common stereotypes that come with the term 'car salesman'. This experience was far better than I could have expected and Nadim Moussi was an awesome broker. I don't want to call him a salesman, he didn't try to sell me on anything. He was so relaxed and informative through the entire process that I feel like I owe him dinner or something. It was an amazing, no pressure experience and he was the best. Thank you Nadim! I'll be back when it's my turn to get a new truck. My wife gets the benefit this time. I will for sure be back just because of him and his way of going about the entire transaction. Don't retire for at least another year, im going to come see you again! Thank you so much. Defenitely set the bar high for any future dealers.

George gave me the best car buying experience I've ever had and I'm old enough to have had a few in my time! Their lot was bustling with customers but George never made me feel hurried, rather the opposite. He did an amazing job making me feel like I was a VIP!
