Perfectly fine oil change and service.
I’ve tried to get my oil changed here 3 times and of those I’ve been sent away twice for being too late. I understood this when I arrived 30 minutes before published closing, made a note and arrived earlier next time. I received an oil change here mid-week and arrived about an hour before close with no problem. On a Friday, I arrived at 3:58pm with a published closing time of 5pm and was sent away as they weren’t taking more customers. No significant wait to be seen other than a car in each bay and one vehicle waiting.
I appreciate the apology and quickly being sent away. I respect the choice to not take more vehicles after a certain time or when there’s a long wait; however, I can’t recommend Master Lube if you’re planning to arrive anywhere near the end of their day based on my experience and would recommend aligning published hours closer to the time when customers should plan to stop arriving.

Decided to go here for an oil change on my new car upon recommendations from Google review and people on Reddit. Everyone was polite and professional, I got my oil changed with no hassles and no upselling. Just drove up, changed the oil and filter (and did every other check they could do with the hood up), and was done. Price was well under any other quotes I'd seen from anywhere else. I have no reason to go anywhere else for my next change.
