I went into Macys recently, looking to purchase some new beauty products. When I was there i have noticed an employee names Cathie bring disrespect towards other employees. Not only that but while I was being by someone else. I noticed she would keep circling to our area. This made me feel uncomfortable and as if i was being racially profiled. I see that's Macys employee values have dropped significantly. This saddens because I usually shop at Macys a lot, but Cathie has changed my thought on this store location. Will no longer be shopping at Macys beauty section until this addressed.

I had an awful experience with an employee, Cathie. She was unhelpful and shockingly rude, speaking in a disrespectful tone that left me feeling belittled and frustrated. I'm deeply disappointed by this poor customer service. On top of that, instead of providing support or guidance to another employee she was condescending and talked down to them. Such behavior not only creates a toxic workplace but also reflects poorly on the company's leadership. It's disheartening that the company employs someone lacking fundamental customer interaction skills. Macys needs to reevaluate their management and customer service.

It's Macys and they have a Black Friday I'm July sale. I bought a bunch of toys and kids clothing. Great deals in boys sport name brand wear.

Zero stars! Very poor and limited selections! The best selections usually have to ordered. And when my Ray Ban order arrived it was the wrong item because the clerk was unknowledgeable about the sunglasses even when I had the replica sunglasses with the RB code # on them she still could not get the order correct and the whole process to order took 30 minutes because their dinosaur computer had to do an update. Never wasting or doing business at this outdated Macy's again!!!

Very helpful. We bought a couch here and it was delivered a couple weeks later. The store then called and asked how the delivery went and made sure it was what we wanted.

I have always loved shopping at The Bon/Macys. Everything looks and feels so luxurious and excellent quality. I have shopped at these stores many times through the years. Just walking through the makeup/fragrance aisles I could stop, get a spritz of my favorite scent. Everything was so articulate, shiny silver around the glass cases and beautiful. That alone always made me feel soooo good. I worked in the candy store next door, and oh so many wonderful aromas floating by. (Walking up to the fragrance or makeup counters, there was always a beautiful woman with black hair and a gorgeous face to answer questions, hand out samples, helping me to pick out the perfect thing, and to MAKE ME FEEL SPECIAL!! when I didn't. I miss the personalized service with a real woman who understands how I feel and to make it better. In this world of online shopping and aisles of makeup/fragrances locked up in a case, and that is as cold as ice. Truly we are becoming the " Jetson" family where automation is how it is.

I went to the Bellis Fair Mall location today to do some wedding gift shopping. I know most women like to shop, but it really isn't my favorite. I had a bridal registry from another place, but couldn't find any of the specific items to match the list.A lovely employee named Gloria came over and saved the day! She was SO patient, helping me look for comparable items that the newlyweds would enjoy! What a delight she was to work with!There were 2 other employees at the register when I checked out who were also super kind and helpful in getting boxes together.These days customer service is a rarity, so THANK YOU GLORIA in the Macy's Home Store! You are amazing!

Macy's of Bellingham WA, the fact that you are a completely discriminatory bunch at that store should be enough said! My wife came In your store during her day off to do some shopping and was dressed comfortably in a hoodie and jean, all you discriminate people did was stare at her and refuse to help her even walked away when you saw she needed assistance. By far the worst response was from you perfumes counter lady who completely disrespected her by giving her attitude for asking how much the larger bottle of a perfume was and saying instead that, "well, it's more than the Chanbel" while scoffing at her and walking away, you lady were the wors!

Macy's always has nice things for the home and good deals. Now that Pier 1 is gone, it would be nice if Macys offered some more unique home decor goods.

I made the trip up from Mount Vernon due to our local Macy's closing it's doors in 2019. I was looking for shoes, which they did not have in stock, but I did find a nice vest in the color I wanted and it was on sale so I bought it. I got home and noticed that the customer service rep. had forgot to take the ink capsule off, so I had to go clear back up and have them remove it. Right when I walked in I looked to the left and there was a returns counter, so I went directly to him and told him what happened. This customer service rep. could care less that I had to make a special trip just to have an ink capsule removed from a $35 vest. No apology, no "what can we do to keep me as a customer?" Not even a "sorry for the inconvenience".. nothing. I always enjoyed the Burlington Macy's and I really miss them. With the lack of customer care I'll be betting that this Macy's will be on the chopping block next. I won't be returning anytime soon.
