Very glad I called Louis Auto Glass instead of allowing myself to be steered to whoever the insurance company wanted me to go to. This is a locally owned company that really takes pride in providing excellent service for customers. I dropped the car off on Wednesday, and they had my shattered sunroof completely repaired and ready of pickup on Friday afternoon. I was really happy with such a quick turnaround. They do quality work, and Carrie and her staff are extremely pleasant to work with. Highly recommend this company.

I was a tech with Louis auto glass for 2 years and can say, the techs they have in the shop are really knowledgeable and work as a great team (at least when it came to me) management is a very different story. They raved to me about how everyone loves to work there and as soon as I came on, that theory couldn't be any further from the truth. (That's a lot of reasons and I can get into further depth of anybody wants to reach out to me) So here's what happened.. imagine you got hurt outside of work and have been there for multiple years and your employer tells you, they're family oriented and if something catastrophic happens, they will be there for you... Well I had something catastrophic happen to me that required surgery. Such a massive surgery, I was going to be out for months and months. The night I got hurt, I called up the owners and had let them know exactly what happened and how I did it, I even went in the next day just to show them that I was being very serious (because they are like that, they don't Believe you if you're sick or hurt) and being in that industry you have to be fully functional. It's a hands on job in which you're constantly using tools and climbing, pulling and pushing, lifting and setting. I couldn't move my arm. They tell me to take time, go get checked out and just keep us in the loop . Perfect! So I do.. I get an MRI almost the very next day (it was considered time sensitive so I was fast tracked through the whole process) I go in and let them know again, exactly what is happening, what is wrong and what needs to be done. Again, they say the same thing.. just keep us in the loop and let us know what's going on. I have surgery and get all the information on the timeline of getting out of the splint, movement back in my arm, basically recovery. I get all of that and return to them with all the doctors notes and recommendations.. essentially it said (no work for 3 months, could be longer) Then again they tell me . "It's ok, keep us in the loop we know this is going to be a long recovery, just let us know how progress is going and when time comes we'll figure this out and get you some light duty" I was going to follow up appointments, pt sessions (physical therapy) and for once a week, I was going in and letting them know each and every step of the way exactly what's going on, up to the min updates. Fast forward, I'm getting better and tell them, I'm getting much better and i can do light duty, but they said they want a doctor Note saying I'm signed off for light duty before they can put me to work again. I get the note... Bring it in and get told.. "give me a few days and we'll come up with a plan" perfect, stress reliever as I been out of work and not functional for a long time.. so I come in.. well The person who I was supposed to have this talk with wasn't there and to come in the next day.. I do that and again, the other person wasn't there to talk with and come in at this time next week (I live so far out of town, they never called me to tell me these things when they scheduled me to come and talk) Finally I get in... What was said was "we don't have any light duty work here for you, but when you get 100% signed off for work, come back to us and we'll get you back in the shop" Okay . That was weird . So I still do what they asked and keep them updated every step of the way.. text messages, phone calls and drop in visits . FINALLY get signed off to come back to work at full capacity Now I'm excited because I love moving, working and doing all the things that I love again... I thought 100% by the things they were saying, I'd be healthy and be back to working. Go in with the note and again, get told to come in in a few days and we'll have a plan . I go in, go upstairs and have a meeting.. they told me, they just don't have the work for me to do (they have 30 jobs everyday on their schedule to do, a tech that leaves every afternoon to do the

Had a smash and grab happen to me up in Vancouver over the weekend, and then I had to drive in a couple of days to SeaTac to get my brother and his family. I did not want to do that with a smashed out window. I called Louis Auto Glass, and they were so accommodating and helpful. They got me in the morning before I had to take off, and even told me to show up early to try to get me in and out. I went to a coffee shop nearby thinking it was going to take like 3 hours and they called in about 90 min to come get my car. They were awesome. I feel like I talked to about 5 or 6 people working there, and everyone was just really cool. If I have any issues in the future with my auto glass or even residential I'm definitely calling them.

We had them replace the glass in our sliding glass door. The sales experience was great. The gave me a remote bid, then came and took dimensions, and they got glass installed in a timely manner. The execution of the install was just ok. They borrowed a tarp from us and told us they would drop off a new one the next day but that didn't happen. I called and asked about the tarp and the guy said he was resupplying them and would drop one off the next day and that didn't happen again... We also found glass in our home and in our driveway so they did not do a great job with cleanup. The next week we got our windshield replaced. As we were driving away, we noticed a blurry spot. They are replacing the windshield at not cost due to the blemish but why didn't they catch that in the first place? They certainly weren't bad but I won't use them again as we've had two mediocre experiences.

we used the Louis auto glass residential service. They replaced a new slider that was not supposed to be replaced and left dirt and debris inside the house. they had to spend an additional day putting the slider back in that wasn't supposed to be removed in the first place. during the first rain that we had our living room window leaked excessively, and our kitchen window had to drip. Would never recommend.

Louis Auto Glass is the most amazing place in town among all kinds of businesses! An example was: today, in a period of 20 minutes, my car was assessed, repaired, and paid for in that time!! The full cost was $43 and some change. Makes it rewarding to catch those small chips.Last week, we had a car in there for a full windshield replacement which was done exactly as they had promised, and they bent over backward for me (due to my sensitivity to chemical odors). Once I had gotten the insurance approval, L.A.G. did the rest in terms of paperwork & payment.They're well-staffed, efficient, friendly, concerned, and patient!Though I am hoping not to have to go back there for quite a while, I WOULD recommend that you do!

I brought a late model Porsche to Louis Auto Glass for a new factory windshield. They cracked the windshield upon installation, and damaged both exterior moldings as well. However, they tried to tell me that the damage was pre-existing, and that the supplier should warrantee the part. This after they'd made a big deal about inspecting the glass to make sure it was undamaged, before they booked my car into the shop. The new windshield was set too high on one side, so when the technician tried to pound the moulding back in place, it made contact with the glass, hence the crack. Pretty obvious cause and effect here... No one there would look me in the eye, not even the manager, much less talk to me, when I went to collect the car. Its was a weird. Every tradesman sometimes messes up, that is part and parcel with the job. But to lie to the customer and try to pin it on the glass supplier is downright sleazy. I wont be back.

Got a new windshield in my 1998 Ranger today that was my grandpa's who bought it brand new off the lot, they respected that I wanted to pull it in and out of the shop myself and they put the original dealership sticker on the new windshield without me asking or even mentioning it.

I had my windshield replaced here and I couldn't recommend them more! Louis' was the first shop I could get an appointment at in town, and definitely the most affordable. They were kind, communicative, and quick! I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Very personable employees, office staff was who I actually had interaction with. I had no way of getting around while I waited, can't walk long distances so I was given a loaner car - LOVED IT!! ?My sunroof was replaced in a quicker time than expected and I liked that.
