Amazing process a to z! Easy friendly customer service. Willing to work with you and your schedule. Loaner car if needed. In the end took a lot less time and did a great job. The windshield had a calibration system in it and was a little longer job, still did fast. Only place in whatcom county I will trust with my rigs!

10am appointment on a Saturday. Very easy to park and check in. Nice waiting area, free coffee and wifi. Louis Auto Glass supports local high school sports teams like no other in Whatcom County. It's a Bellingham institution. When you've got a windshield crack in Bellingham, you just go to Louis Auto Glass. Period. Over $200.00 difference from Safelite quote for the same repair. It's a no brainer. No disappointments with the quality of the work and pride taken by employees. What is crazy is I was getting fuel at Costco and a manager who was filling up next to me reached in his car, gave me a can of glass cleaner with his Louis Auto Glass card on it. He said with a neighborly smile, "when you are ready to get that crack fixed, let us know". No joke. These are your glass people.

Went in for a quote on a Saturday morning and received excellent service from the time I walked in the door until I left. Mara answered all my questions and gave me a quote. Needless to say half an hour later I was on my way with my window chip repaired. Great service. Should I need another repair this will be my first stop.

These are some really good guys, they did a great job, I had to replace my windshield from a crack, they came out to my home, very professional people, highly recommend, also just to let you know, about one month later I got a rock chip on my new windshield, I gave them a call, they were so nice, they are going to come and fixt that for at a great price.. highly recommend!

I had a hairline crack and three tiny chips in the windshield and this shop made it super easy to get fixed. I called in, greeted by a knowledgeable person who quickly explained the process and then drove over and pulled in to get it fixed. I was in and out and paid in under a half an hour. The technicians and administrator were wonderful to work with. Old fashioned service. Personable and really engaged and upbeat business. I highly recommend to all. Thank you for competent good work and upbeat spirits. It's not fun to have to get a windshield repaired and you helped transform it both physically and even the impact of it having occurred. Thanks so much.

Truly a great and easy experience. Sara and Carrie at desk treated me so well and friendly from 1st phone call to set up. Best part was loaner car so I wasn't stuck in a waiting room for hours. Was told car would be ready in 3 hours but only took 2...oh happy days! Windshield looks great...I am so pleased, highly recommend.

Called for a quote Monday afternoon, car went in at 10:00 on Tuesday and was done by 12:00. The window looks great and all stickers and phone holder were removed and replaced. Extremely professional.

I submitted a service request online and got a call back within a half hour. Service here is always fast and friendly and they deal with the insurance paperwork nicely.

I am happy to give the staff at Louis Auto Glass a 5-star review.
The lady office staff not only coordinated repairs to my windshield, but was the one to come out to the street and diagnose what was needed today, and other times in the past.
So nice that staff is cross-trained and work so well as a team.
