Service desk in back is terrible. “Oh I don’t know anything about that type of 2023 maxwel, we don’t sell them.” Okay, so how about a Yamaha outboard fuel filter? Then the guy had to “take a call” on his cellphone. Ridiculous for a flagship store. Would consider them a last resort if you can’t get fisheries supply in Seattle to deliver to you. Absurd the services not only the parts desk but also around the store. Asked for help locating a trailer plug adapter (using every term I knew to describe it) and was told that they didn’t know if they had one. 10 minutes later, wandering around the haphazardly organized store I found it. Ugh. Won’t be going back again anytime soon.

I love LFS, I assumed that the store would be full of good swag being so close to Lummi. However, it was not. The service was good, and location was good but not the flagship store I was hoping for.

went in today (10/5) because my wife needed supplies for work... the security guy informed her that she needed to leave her backpack up front, which is absolutely reasonable, yet he followed her to the register, and was eyeballing us after we left.
had I known about this before we got home... my wife didn't tell me till later... I likely would have confronted him, as this made her very uncomfortable.
I've been asked to NOT make a scene and go back and meet this idiot, so I will not.
this was very, very disturbing to my wife and I'm a little more than angry.
LFS needs to hire security with a bit more tact and intelligence.

stopped in here on vacation for a couple things, couldn’t find a staff member for 10 minutes, the store was also in disarray as well. a couple items I got rang up a different price then advertised.
