DO NOT GO TO FOR ANYTHING EXCEPT TIRES DO NOT LET THEM TALK YOU INTO ANYTHING MY LAST CAR I WAS TALKED INTO SIPING MY TIRES AND WAS TOLD BY EVERYONE IT WAS A WASTE OF MONEY THEN TOOK MY SUBARU IN LAST WEEKThey told me my tire rods were seized and needed to be replaced because they couldn't even align it said almost 800. Davis auto said theyd do it for 486 they called me 2 hrs later saying your rods are fine it looks like les shwab didn't even try to take off the bolts you only need a alignment 100

Very disappointed. I have gone to this Les Schwab for over 20+ years and always had a positive experience. Yesterday we bought a new set of tires and when we got home one was leaking, (I think because of a faulty valve stem. Took it back and the person at the counter told us it would be 2 hours to have someone look at it. You would think they would look at it right away since we just purchased the tires. I think next time we will go to Discount Tire.

Bought full tires and warrantyAnd they warranty say every 5 miles thy will switch tires to balance and drive safelyAfter drove 5 miles got here in the store 02/02/224I was asked them to switch the tiresThe answer was they cannot switch it!?Customers asked them for the details about the warranty.

I got tires from this place last march and they wore down completely by December. Went to another tire shop who was able to tell me the tires sold to me were manufactured in 2021 and likely had been used before. Not worth the hassle of trying to deal with the staff to get a refund since I know they will dispute it. Seems like common practice for the chain based on others who’ve had similar experiences.

I had an exceptional experience a couple weeks back with Raj from Fiji, tire mechanic at Les Schwab on James St. in Bellingham. He took the time to patiently listen and diagnose the vibration issue with my Kia Sorento. What stood out was his willingness to join me on a test drive to fully understand what I was experiencing. His professional assistance solved my issue, and I am forever grateful. Highly recommend! Thank you Raj!

I first gave this les Schwab a try back in December when I needed new brakes. The service was good and everyone I interacted with was friendly - however, they're very expensive compared to other places. Quoted $1500 for brakes and CV joint. Ended up just doing the brakes myself and paying $80 for parts. How they charge over $1000 for brakes blows my mind. Went again to get a flat fixed, and they said they couldn't plug it and needed to replace all four tires. Quoted me $600, but I found the same service for $400 at discount tires. If you're like me, and don't have extra money to spend on car maintenance, don't go to Les Schwab. There are more affordable options in Bellingham, and Les Schwab has a reputation for upselling!

They always go the extra mile at giving great service. I like the reminders they send me when it is time for a tire totation or brake inspection. When they do these inspections they give me a very thorough explanation and report of all findings. They also provide recommendations and cost estimates for all repairs as well as a suggested priority schedule. All of this is provided in writing. Customer safety is always the top priority. I have complete confidence in them.

Terrible service and knowledge, extremely slow don't ever go in there and expect to not wait at least 20-30 minutes. Replaced tires on two vehicles and they didn't even look new, had markings and scratching all over them, not a big deal I cleaned them up pretty well. Issue I had is they didn't properly screw the caps and nuts back on after swapping out the tires on one vehicle, leaving them loose and caused a terrible rattle, tightened back up but had lost their tight fit and kept coming loose. No issue before I got there, instant issue after I left and they said take it into a shop to have checked out. Long story short they wouldn't take responsibility even after Midas said it was obvious and explained it to them (the tech still had no clue, didn't know what they were talking about), wouldn't even install the parts I spent 600 bucks on to fix the issue they created, had to pay Midas to do it all, they are great along with discount tire, never going back to Les Schwab for anything.

After I made an appointment they still took 1/2 hr. after to start work on my car. It was almost 2 hrs before they got done with a simple tire rotation.
