Charges overdraft fees even when they're asked to stop incoming charges. To make things worse they also charge $20 a day for any unpaid overdraft fees!!!!

I have banked with a few different banks in my 40 years and I’m just not sure why these guys are still around. Everything takes so long to process and to be made available to you.

I was going to get rid of my account with key due to the many service charge fees that I always would receive. I called in one day about an hour before they closed and talked with Sebastian. He realized I wasn't happy and took my number down to handover to the manager. I ended up not getting a phone call from them at all, instead I received an email from Dalton the manager here stating that he did some research on what was going on with my account and found what it was. Without hesitating he did some rearranging of my account agreements so that I can make the requirements in order to miss all those fees. On top of that he refunded both the maintenance fee of $18 and the overdraft fee that occurred because of the maintenance fee of $30. Thank you Dalton and Sebastian for helping me enjoy my stay with Key Bank!

As someone who frequently needs services through a multitude of banks, I can say- without a doubt- that this KeyBank consistently over delivers to my needs. This branch has restored my confidence when it comes to “in-person banking†and I always look forward to when my business brings me inside.

I am very happy with this branch; it restored my faith in what neighborhood banking should be! I felt very taken care of by the Manager. The staff is incredibly nice, especially Sebastian and Suzan. Thank you!

Terrible service. Sebastian is essentially worthless and cant't help with basic questions about an account. I was told a Branch manager would get back to me and they never did. I had to call back the next day and still couldn't get a manager on the phone. Closed my account and am banking elsewhere.

You will not find a nicer group of people to work with. It's a small branch and they will remember you.
