Alyssa Fitz, used a Key Bank specific loan (30 F Key Community) and I do not recommend this lender because of the underwriting for this particular type of loan. They asked the appraiser to modify his report to accommodate work they wanted done even though he did not recommend it, his initial report showed the home was at value with no work orders. The seller specifically gave the buyer 3% Closing Cost credit to take care of repairs and they were forced to do the repairs anyway by the underwriter. Nothing was reimbursed to the sellers. It was a dishonest move on the part of Key Bank.

Wow, first off turnover… they apparently hire anyone who applies. It’s rotating staff all the time, I ask what happened to XYZ and they all quit because of upper management. They obviously promote anyone who stays longer then 6 months. I’ve closed all my accounts and would never bank with FeeBank ever again!

The bank itself is pretty good actually but the atm doesn’t take cash half the time? And they website is ALWAYS down. I can’t check anything and if I call they won’t tell me anything and I shouldn’t have to drive down there because your website is down. Please fix this issue.

Overall there is one actual experienced teller that knows what they are doing. I had a young young man tell me I had to do my last name change online which was far from the truth, he honestly looked like he didn't know what he was doing. I did go in today and was helped by the young man who actually knows something so from now on I'll just refuse service from anyone else, seems rude but if I get my stuff done in one go versus now 3 trips then I'll do it! I am now having to come back once AGAIN tomorrow because I hit the persons hour long lunch block at 12 exactly so not too happy that they don't have a back up like every other bank does. Overall poor service and very very inconsistent tellers.

Avoid this bank at all costs. The local staff are friendly enough but the corporation as a whole couldn’t care less about their clients. Ironically, the account I had here was called a “hassle free” account because that couldn’t have been further from the truth. Not surprised to see the other reviews here and wish I saw them earlier. Save yourself the headaches and bank elsewhere

Not surprised by the ratings I see here. Twice now I have tried to access my deceased father's funds as the executor and was told that I need paperwork that my attorney says that I do not need. The first time I was told I needed letters of testamentary and I mentioned that my attorney said that a small estate affidavit should suffice, then they conferred with a computer for quite some time and then gave me a handout that confirmed what my attorney said. Yesterday I arrived with the small estate affidavit and they insist that all they can do is close the account and mail a check payable to the estate to his former address (where someone else lives now), and oh yeah I'll need those papers my attorney says I don't need to deposit the check anywhere in order to settle my dad's affairs. The branch manager was extremely condescending, kept saying "IF you were the executor" (which I am, as per the will which is exhibit B to the affidavit my attorney drafted) and "your lawyer SHOULD KNOW this." He said he didn't need part of the affidavit (the will naming me as executor), called it "meaningless to Key Bank" and didn't bother to photocopy my ID or compare the signature to my signature on the affidavit. When I asked him why they have to close the account, he said, "I DON'T KNOW." I do not think he knows what he's doing. A branch manager should really have a handle on whether an account is closed and why. I mean if he doesn't know, who does? Key Bank, you really need people who can handle this kind of transaction knowledgeably without retraumatizing your customer's survivors. I vented about my experience and not one but THREE of my acquaintances shared that they had the same exact experience at Key Bank. Expect a call from my attorney.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. These people really don't know what the help they're talking about. Say their system is down for all of KeyBank, but when I go to another branch in town they're able to help me just fine. worst bank ever DO NOT waste your time going to them.

I have a great experience with a few tellers here, however overall their service is inconsistent and they are not equally knowledgeable. The drive through, which I would expect to be faster than walking in, is much slower.

Horrible customer service; teller was rude and snappish when I asked why check policy in bank was different than online, she insisted I was mistaken even when I pulled the info up on my phone. Never going back again.
