I made an order for my M-i-L to upgrade dishwasher and microwave with delivery/install. After the order was place I had to make a change for different features. Cory guided the process to update both orders to satisfaction with ease. There are many details to consider when selecting appliances, the attention to detail and customer service at Judd and Black with special thanks to Cory is outstanding.

Fast, easy, and affordable, the first one I ordered online was not in stock, next morning Cory gave me a call and actually got me a upgrade AND it was installed with in 2 days !!! Absolute plumbing did the work , real stand up guy showed up on time and beautiful work, Cory took the time to find what I could afford and helping with upgrading for a reasonable price, there was NO RUNAROUND, I asked a question and I got a answer :) thanks guys !

I have not been to the store. Bought a freezer online and was contacted by Cory from this store (I am 60 mi south). It would take 3 weeks to get and can be send to any store for pickup. And this is exactly how it then happened. During unboxing I noticed cosmetic damage in the back and was offered a reasonable settlement. Good service.

I texted J&B with questions about replacing my OTR microwave and Cory responded in less than five minutes which was impressive. Cory let me know that the microwave I have is discontinued and sent me a link to one that's similar. Cory didn't push a specific brand but asked me important questions to help me make the best choice. I really appreciated this great customer service!

I ordered a dishwasher online. Got a call and email the next day from Cory to let me know I would be hearing from someone to set up delivery and installation. I heard from them immediately and was able to schedule delivery and installation that same week. Excellent service and communication from Cory. We have used Judd and Black many times over the years and will continue to because of their excellent customer service.

Sergey was great. My old washer/dryer stack combo finally broke and so I inquired about a pair I saw on Judd & Blacks website that was the best deal I could find locally or at a big box store. Sergey fielded my inquiry quickly and professionally. He was very responsive and helpful in making sure every part of the transaction went well. Delivery also was seamless. 11/10 experience with Sergey and the rest of the Judd & Black team. Highly recommend

We started shopping for all new kitchen appliances President’s Day and were lucky enough to meet Cory Simpson, sales associate. We didn’t end up buying anything right away. Did more looking around. We returned to talk to Cory and he explained the pros and cons of various brands based on our specific needs and helped to create a package that worked. Very knowledgeable and helpful. We appreciated his style and honesty. Looking forward to using the new appliances. Thanks Cory and Judd and Black. Great to shop local.

If you're looking for appliances Judd & Black is the place to go. They know their stuff and don't pressure you into buying like other places. Ask for Duane, he knows his stuff and really makes sure his customers leave happy :)

Bought a house in Bellingham. High end dishwasher needs service. Called Judd and Black because they sell kitchenAid. Here’s the rub. They don't service appliances they don't sell. After a bit of research I found out that they charge half again as much for their products. Quite the scam.
