Team went mia for three weeks. Called and emailed multuple times with no response. Finally got a call 4 minutes before closing one day, that i missed called back no answer. Called twice the next day and finally got a call late afternoon. Shirts were a week late and we didn't have them for our sales event. Did give us 20% off and delivered the shirts for the inconvenience. Bumped it to three stars after he finally got in touch.

i was helped by a girl named baley & she was really nice & took care of my order carefully :) the rest of the crew helped me out with all my questions, made me feel like a top customer, & all for a good price! you need any t-shirts, hats, jackets, bags, etc., this is the place to go! you won’t be disappointed.

Disappointing customer service. First order was fine once completed. Query call for second, non printed items was never returned. Our experience: if we're worthy of return call to clarify or answer questions, service is great, otherwise we are ignored.

I've had a great experience working with the folks at Iron Street. I shopped around quite a bit comparing prices, services, etc. Ultimately I went with Iron Street because they seemed to really grasp the vision of what I was trying to accomplish. They've been responsive and helpful at every point during the production process and I expect to continue working with them in the future.

I needed to get some shirts printed for a family reunion and Iron Street Printing did a great job. Their customer service was always quick to get back to me with answers to questions and price quotes. The shirts look amazing and they got them to me really quickly. I will definitely go back to them for any project in the future.

We worked with John at Iron Street Printing to print a couple items for events we'll be doing this spring and summer in Bellingham and throughout Whatcom County. John was extremely responsive, accommodating and professional. The quotes they provided were competitive and thorough. He communicated well throughout the process over the phone and via email. Finally, we were very happy with the printing job they did for us. The designs were intricate but they printed perfectly and matched our colors.
