Infusion solutions is hands down the most caring and thoughtful medical center I’ve been to. When you’re sick and need these services, having a care team that is so proactive and KIND everyday makes such a difference. The people who work here are a special breed of human. From the reception desk, to the pharmacy to their nurses, every single person here has been SO kind to me. I appreciate them and the hard work they do, and would highly recommend anyone to receive their treatment here.

What an amazing experience it has been getting my infusion here. The facility is not only beautiful, it’s spotless!!! I have had 8 weeks of treatment and they are super fast and you are made as comfortable as you can be in the time you are there.

Communication within the business is very poor which ultimately affects the patients receiving care. I had an order sent for supplies for a cadd machine and because of that order and lack of communication, i didn't get my supplies on time because "they" thought I already got my supplies. That doesn't affect anyone at the business just the patient. Please do better and find a way to prevent these communication issues. If this was the first time sure maybe id understand but there have been multiple issues like this in the very short time I've used this company

Lovely facility and staff. It was a very calm and peaceful environment and experience. Every patient has their own room with TV and reclining chair. You could also have coffee, water and basic snacks. If I ever need an infusion again I would definitely go here.

I felt that it was very noisy. Lots of chatering nurses or aids. Slamming doors and when you have a new patient next to you they talk loud. Your laying there for 3 hrs trying to rest. I finally found the headphones on the last visit. The 1st injection IV was good but the next 3 were painful and very large bruise and bump. Have not got the blood test results back to see if it worked. At all medical facilities I really wish the management would stress, talk softly. There are patients here. This is not a party!!!

Infusion Solutions is awesome! I had iron infusions there and they were so attentive and answered questions I had thoroughly. I was put in a private room and my infusions took less time than where I had them before. In addition, not only was I alone in the room (just once there was one other person, and there was a divider between us and well spaced apart). At the other place I had Infusions, there were several people lined ** in a row with just a small space between us. I wouldnt go anywhere else but Iron Infusions. Very warm and friendly!

No one wants to need a PICC line or to need infusions. When it was necessary, though, I was so glad to hear of Infusion Solutions to save me from having to go in daily for my month-long antibiotics. I am impressed by every aspect of this company. Excellent communication and very friendly personnel at every level. Fantastic, caring, competent nurses. And the infusion center that I went to for extra blood draws clearly is designed with patient comfort in mind and is soothing and comforting. We are SO fortunate to have this remarkable company in our area to make a stressful period as easy as possible. With the attention to details provided to the patient, it does not surprise me that this is a woman-owned/operated company. Thank you!

I genuinely can not speak highly enough of the staff here at the Bellingham location. I have the most supportive team and they constantly make sure I’m doing okay even though I see them quite often they never make me feel bad for my questions or concerns I wish I could give them a million stars because they have truly and whole heartedly changed my life!

People are very friendly, their building is always very inviting and clean, and staff is great to work through any issues with you.
