From registration to treatment, Infusion Solutions is incredible! We transfered our daughters treatments for several reasons, but we are staying with Infusion Solutions because of their care of our daughter.Our nurse for this visit was Summer and she was absolutely incredible! Our daughter has incredibly sensitive skin and anxiety due to her illness and some not so friendly previous nurse experiences. Summer not only assured us all that she was listening, adapting, and open to what would help our daughter, but she was also very genuine and didnt get irritated by all the questions. (Our kiddo is very involved in her care and isnt shy to ask questions or bring concerns up) Summer is such an amazing nurse (didn't feel the poke at all!!) And when the skin sensitivity became an issue, Summer's quick thinking, flexibility, and creative problem solving had our daughter feeling safe and comfortable returning! The facility is beautiful, clean and spacious! Setting up appointments and connecting care/labs/records with the specialist was easier than I feel like it should have been! The admin team is so helpful and responsive! Everyone we have worked with has been very patient and compassionate. I absolutely recommend Infusion Solutions!

The actual in-person appointment was 5 star - great facility and attending nurse! I gave 3 stars because scheduling was a nightmare! It took over 2 months of calling and badgering before I got in. They never returned messages, dropped calls, transferred me to the wrong departments, never requested my pre treatment labs without multiple follow up calls... on and on... They did eventually apologize for all the mishaps but they seriously need to figure out how to fix their scheduling issues.

I get infusions every 4 weeks from the everett office for my Chrones. Every time I get great service from Lynn she makes me feel very comfortable and at ease.

Infusion Solutions clinic in Everett, WA made my short stay comfortable and I was at ease. Shannon was very professional and never stopped caring for me until my infusion was done. Ashley was always contacting me for my appointment and with any changes. The clinic was clean and neat. Thank you for everything.

Infusion Solutions needs to get in sync with Medicare, or have a hardship program, so folks aren't forced to pay exorbitant amounts of money for vital antibiotics!

Infusion solutions is hands down the most caring and thoughtful medical center I’ve been to. When you’re sick and need these services, having a care team that is so proactive and KIND everyday makes such a difference. The people who work here are a special breed of human. From the reception desk, to the pharmacy to their nurses, every single person here has been SO kind to me. I appreciate them and the hard work they do, and would highly recommend anyone to receive their treatment here.

What an amazing experience it has been getting my infusion here. The facility is not only beautiful, it’s spotless!!! I have had 8 weeks of treatment and they are super fast and you are made as comfortable as you can be in the time you are there.

Communication within the business is very poor which ultimately affects the patients receiving care. I had an order sent for supplies for a cadd machine and because of that order and lack of communication, i didn't get my supplies on time because "they" thought I already got my supplies. That doesn't affect anyone at the business just the patient. Please do better and find a way to prevent these communication issues. If this was the first time sure maybe id understand but there have been multiple issues like this in the very short time I've used this company
