You'd be better off using a different bank. They will continually hit you with fees even when it's their fault and you've informed them of the situation. They don't communicate internally causing this havoc. Good luck if you decide to use them! I will never use this bank again.

I’ve been with icu for a few years now and was pretty much treated like a pos today. I stood in line and waited to be asked to come up to the counter as I find it rude to just walk up. Looked at me and just “asked if I needed something” as if I was standing there for no reason. As the lady was helping me there was no eye contact while taking. Next time I’ll just go to the clerk I know has good customer service.Very tempted to close my accounts

Awful credit union to finance with. They will not budge on ridiculous fees when they weren't the consumers fault. No compromising at all. I suggest you go through BECU. They are a much better option as they actually will work with you.

This is literally the worst bank ever I had a printed payroll check from them I didn't have ID and I needed to cash my check to be able to go get my ID because they aren't giving out free and I had a buddy who had a account there willing to cash it for me that was also my coworker and my boss is told them to go ahead and call to verify on the account and they told told me no they wouldn't work with me at all they were completely rude they have terrible customer service I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody this is a terrible financial institution

Come on. Why doesnt your ATM accept deposit for other CUs.... Safeway location can and dont forget it is also a branch shared location... :(

I'd LOVE to give zero stars, that's what this credit union deserves. It has been ridiculous forever and when the new President came this year I'd hoped to have this change. Nope. We have had in the last 6 months, a teller explain that we couldn't take $1500 out of our own savings account because if daily limits (this was at the branch, not an ATM) was made to go to another branch and withdraw the money after the teller there explained that was the wrong info. We have had repeated fraudulent charges that we actually took care of clearing up except one that I spent over 2 hours getting that fixed at a branch only to have the charge reappear. When I called they said they didn't think it was fraudulent and the girl I talked to said "well, he was new so he didn't know what he was doing", we had our card declined for a small amount just today and when we called the bank they couldn't understand why. We have a mortgage through ICU which we should have changed and we get a letter at least every other month saying that since our home insurance didn't exist they were adding insurance and charging us. Fun fact, we have ALWAYS had insurance and I have personally taken our policy proof to them as well as sent them copies of it for their record. When I tried to close our business account that my husband and I are both on and opened together, the teller refused to allow me to do that because I wasn't on it, even though I have the paperwork! We, no joke, go into a branch with an account issue weekly. Soooooo frustrating. How is this credit union even in business anymore. Going to Walmart is far less frustrating. Wake up ICU. I wish I could find contact info for the new President, but he's smart and hiding.
