The appointment for my express oil change took less than an hour. I spent the time in the clean, well-spaced waiting room, reading. Additionally, I was texted by the technician who was working on my car telling me I could be in touch with him at any time. The staff where I checked in and out were very efficient as well. The price I paid for a fully synthetic oil change was very reasonable.Service: Oil change

The customer service was excellent and exceptional. I went in for diagnosis of air conditioner on my Acura MDX. Andy Camems was my contact and service representative. He was courteous, attentive, professional, with a great attitude which was refreshing in today world were people have lost the art of human interaction. He made such an positive impression for the Honda dealership and himself that I am going back next week to have them work on another issue.

Andy was able to help me get my car checked in and explain everything. He was very communicative and found me a loaner car since my car was needed for a fee days to complete additional services. All around a great experience with Honda.

The service department at Honda is outstanding. They are so professional and efficient and have an excellent waiting room with yummy coffee and cozy chairs if you plan on staying. They always explain in detail the issue with your car and are happy to answer questions.

Warranty fix of an anc failure. Only criticism is they could have let us know sooner that it was covered. Stressed over a potential big bill.

I don't write reviews and I am not looking for MONEY cause the service was under warranty.I booked a service appointment for 12:00 for a " Spring" to be installed for " rear view" mirror. I was very clear with " ANDREAS" that I needed this done before 1:00 as I had another appointment at that time that was very important.( I live 50 miles away).... so the 12:00 time was booked for that reason. ANDREAS assured me it would not be more than 1/2 hr..... ( 12:30 done) At 12:50 - I approached Service desk and ANDREAS was non chalant - couldn't care less....I realized after - HE DID NOT ADVISE ME THAT NO ONE EVEN LOOKED AT MY CAR UNTIL AFTER 1:00 BECAUSE THEY WERE ALL ON LUNCH !....No Integrity....Misleading....Lying....I just bought this brand new 2023 CRV a few weeks ago.... I left the dealership at 1:37......and they gave me a " Car Wash" card....really?..... WHAT ABOUT SOME HONESTY INSTEAD ? This experience ERASES any goodwill that was given when we first bought the car... and will TAINT any future dealings with "SERVICE".
