Taylor Billett helped me pick out the flooring for our mud room in our new house. Just the best service with a smile I've ever experienced! All her knowledge on what works for that size of an area and the type of vinyl we were looking for really made us feel good. 5 star service!

Ordered on line. They sent the wrong item. Called to get it corrected and the correct item is no longer in stock. Worst customer service I've dealt with in ages. Won't use them again.

There return process was really complicated even with the original receipt. I think they thought I returning stolen item because they only wanted to give me store credit probably not gonna shop here no more.

Have to say, had a great experience. i went to another Home Depot (burlington) for a ring battery. that's another story. Website stated they had 3 i stock. Experience dictates their inventory system isn't always correct due to all you guys who stick stuff in your pocket with out paying. So, i called to confirm. After wandering through a series of prompts i got a real person - woo hoo !! After done back and forth we convinced each other they computers told us the same thing. But, now being a nonbeliever (from other store which said had 2, but when pappa hubbard went to the cupboard - it was bare). So customer service (young) woman tried several times to connect with the right department (no one answered), she went and pulled the item. It was waiting for me at the service desk. Perhaps a 4 star experience- but after the burlington experience - it felt 5 stars.

I went into this Home Depot to buy a box of screws. I went to the check out counter and asked if we were good on the vet discount. The checker asked to see my ID . I complied with my Washington State endorsement driver license. Then the checker denied my discount. I asked to see the manager. Denied that as well. Eventually I was offered the ten percent by another cashier. But wait. I felt terrible. I felt I received the screw not just trying to buy some. What poor business practice. We all know that other Home Depot's have other policies but this one is so disrespectful of me that I feel worse for having been there. A 5 dollars or something purchase resulted in me feeling so bad that here is what I did. I handed the box of screws to the argumentative checker and said 'Restock them." and went to Lowes. The check out machine spoke to me. I had put in the My Lowes card and the machine said " Thank you for your military service." I am going to save the last screw in the box for Home Depot, Bellingham, Washington. I can go to any Macdonalds in the country and have my expectations met. Beware of the management of this store if you are a vet. They ask for the vet hospital Id card. I was not injured and never applied for benefits. The vet hospital is not an ID service for Home Depot. Ron in Bellingham.

Having just been to Lowe's in a fruitless attempt to purchase a washer and dryer, we headed over to Home Depot. Night and day difference, from the greeting at the door to the expert guidance from the appliance sales person. I can highly recommend Katie Drafs if you are looking for appliances, she is very well informed and efficient: even though they were busy, she took the time to fully explain every aspect of our transaction. Delivery, rebates, warranty, all fully explained. No pressure. The store itself is well laid out. Lots of products in there, including the washer and dryer of our dreams.

Shame on Home Depot. I am a veteran of the military and carry my DD 214 as proof. Home Depot does not except that form. They require an ID which I do not have because the military took it when I separated. I'm glad Lowe's takes the form.

I purchased four vacuum filters online because I could not find them in the store. I received an email stating my order was received and I would receive an email when the filters were ready for pick up from the Bellingham WA location. I never received that email. I called Home Depot Customer Service who emailed the code to me. You need a code to open the box the items are stored in. I went to the store, used my code and left without looking at the bag. When I got home, I found that the bag had been sliced open and two filters removed. I called Home Depot CS who said I could buy another pack because they could not override their system to send me two. I called the store and spoke to Store Assistant Mgr Jess who said she would credit my bank account so that I could order another pack. I offered to bring the two I received but she said there was no need. I'm still waiting for my credit! I will never purchase anything online from HD and have it delivered to that store. If you cannot trust a store to protect your purchase, then who can you trust!

We recently purchased an appliance package from the Bellingham, Wa Home Depot. I have to say the experience was amazing! Kellie in appliances was very knowledgeable and showed us several key options that we had not considered. After placing our order, it actually showed up earlier than promised, so I was able to get my new dishwasher installed a few days ahead of schedule. The delivery crew was on time, and very helpful. Thank you!

Found what tools I wanted from the east coast last week, figured I'd buy them on the west coast instead of lugging things back on the plane. Anyways, this store didn't have what I needed but the service reps were really nice and helpful. I didn't ask for help, the nice lady came and asked me.

SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME AND ENERGY - GO TO LOWES! After walking around and getting ignored by the employees huddled up in groups mingling, as well as being sent from counter to counter and back again, I finally got someone to "help" me. However, the employee randomly stopped helping me as we were walking and instead started catching up with a friend he saw... NO I AM NOT KIDDING. After waiting several minutes for this completely disrespectful employee to finish his inappropriate conversation, I finally left. He wasn't going to cut my wood, he was trying to pass me off like ever other employee in that store did. I wasted over an hour of my life to get treated like s*** by these clearly sexist, employees. Worst customer service, and down right worst humans I've ever dealt with. I'd rather pay a couple bucks more at Lowe's than ever be treated that way again.

Not a problem with this store in particular, but of The Home Depot in general. I needed a repair kit for a Delta type faucet. I saw the Danco kit on the HD website for $9.29 but didn't notice that it wasn't in stock at the Bellingham store (or, from what I can tell, any HD store). I went the store and found they only had the Partsmaster Pro kit for $14.98--50% more than the Danco kit. It seems to me that it costs HD more to ship a Danco kit to a store for free pickup than it is to stock it in the store. There is no quality difference between the two kits. Why don't the stock the Danco kits in the stores? I don't know why they operate this way, but the experience really turned me off of shopping at The Home Depot.

Average store, I've purchased multiple items here, have had many of them that were previously opened and were missing parts. Return and exchange was easy but still a pain to return to store.
