Hoagland Pharmacy has amazing customer service. The front desk people were very attentive. All there staff is so kind, caring, and do there very best to help you with your needs and requests.

I arrived at this establishment with the intention of renting a medical mobility device. There was no one present at the cashier's desk. Despite patiently waiting, none of the individuals in the pharmacy offered any assistance, though they occasionally glanced in my direction. In an attempt to seek help, I approached someone, only for them to walk away and consult another person. To my utter astonishment, the second individual shouted as she walked away that you do not have any devices available for rent; and I can purchase one if I wanted. This person not only failed to address my concern directly, in fact she gave me her back, but also neglected to acknowledge my presence as a customer. Regrettably, there was still no sign of a cashier or anyone at the front desk. It is disheartening to say that their customer service leaves much to be desired, which may explain the low ratings they have received.

Friendly Staff, they seem more like a local Pharmacy. They have a great compounding service.

I’ve been using Hoagland for about 9 months and have had a solid experience so far. After coming from Rite Aid, Fred Meyer and other chronically understaffed big chains, Hoagland has been a huge improvement.Friendly service, free home delivery, they work with Medicaid recipients, and have been consistently friendly on the phone.

Nice little pharmacy with a great compounding lab, horrible customer service and pharmacists have zero personal skills. Obviously mis-managed and I have had too many issues to list, I will finally withdraw my local business, Good Bye Hoagland

Nice little pharmacy, great tech's in compounding and beyond that it comes down to customer service and this company has some of the worst in the business. Their pharmacists are rude and weekend staff is completely out of line with what it takes to take care of customers. I'm done going here. Good Bye Hoagland.

The whole meds and ordering system between doctors and pharmacies needs an overhaul. Mainly because of the refill thing. It complicates the process immensely. I was supposed to pick up a month's mediset, loaded by Hoaglands, and the day before the month started, I went to get the mediset, but they only had the first week's worth. In bottles, not even a mediset. It was my first month doing this. They told me it was because some of the meds were on a refill. They've had weeks to get the refills from the doctor. I'm not blaming the pharmacy, but the whole system. My family member is starting with a new medical facility and doctors. It would be better to have no refills. Just start out with ongoing monthly prescriptions, without refills needing to be confirmed every three months. That would eliminate having to keep an inventory of the meds, if they started out each month with 30 or 31 days worth, (or 28), for each med, depending on the month. If a doctor needs to change a prescription, or end it, he can do it anytime. Just tell the pharmacy at the time.

Very dissatisfied. Having surgery and filled my prescription (3items) here. First visit: we don't have it. After checking they did. Only filled one item. Went to get the other two parts and same thing. Told them this mistake would have been a show stopper. They blamed my Dr. I told them they could check and all I got was a dumb stare. No sorry or anything. This isn't a battery, it is critical medication. Terrible.

All the staff at Hoagland pharmacy are fabulous! They are knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, and friendly. No more Rite Aid or Walgreens.

This place is always overly busy it's very difficult to get questions answered on the phone nobody ever answers it. When you go there you waiting line for a long time half the time you need something someone's on break or they're not working that day. The pharmacy side of it is not too bad but anything else good luck

Terrible. Wish I didn't have to use Hoaglands, but they are the only local compounding pharmacy I know of. The pharmacist has spoken to me rudely twice now and intentionally embarrassed me by loudly announcing (incorrect) personal details of my medication. So unprofessional and just kind of mean.

I switched to this pharmacy in January 2023. After 6 months I am very delighted to say I will never use them again. For the most part I encountered great people whenever I would go there. When I would call in once a month to check on my medications I would inevitably end up talking to an absolutely horrible lady on the phone. The lady who always answers the phone is a nightmare. They have also screwed up my medications several times.

I love this place. Maybe because it reminds me of pharmacies of the past. Goodbye to chains, hello to local folks who treat customers like people. Friendly & efficient with snacks for sale under the counter.

Fast Friendly Service, counted 9 or 10 staff between the pharmacy techs and counter receptionists. Great to see owners weren’t skimping on labor costs and looked to have hired good self motivated employees.Came up from Seattle for Dental appointment, called at 4:40pm and asked if they could fill my script before closing at 6pm. After confirming my script, got the approval and Arrived at 4:55pm to see the drop offs busy with other customer; thankfully a cashier not busy with pickup immediately offered to help fill my prescription and marked it priority.5:18pm was notified it was ready, during the wait I had located my insurance which she accepted and quickly verified then I was out the door. Where i spent the next 25min writing this ?.

Break up with Walgreens for your local Pharmacy!! Pharmacy staff at Hoagland were so helpful, supportive, and informative - not only about my prescription but also in helping me navigate the endlessly complicated health insurance system. And as icing on the cake, I was able to get my out-of-stock prescription within 24 hours whereas Walgreens would have me waiting a week or more, only to repetitively attempt to fill at a location I haven't lived at in years. Thanks Hoagland Pharmacy!
