The first car we got was ok, nothing special. We hit a large rock in the road after some rocks had fallen from a mountain side and blew out the tires on the way to North Cascades National Park. The donut was larger than the original tired and the Jack was small. Changing the tire on the side of a mountain in the rain was an interesting experience. We had to drive the car two hours away to the next closest airport to get a new car. We paid $140 for the tires to be replaced. The size of the next car was fine but the gas tank was only 3/4 full which is super annoying since we returned a full tank and would be expected to do the same with the next car too.

Be careful and examine all fees before you sign agreement. They will not notify you of any fees and will end up paying double. They have 3 franchises with one person at counter. This is very deceptive and not an honest business. And very poor customer service when you call them back to question the bill. They will not return your call.

Be careful and examine all fees before you sign. This is very deceptive business and will not notify you of any additional fees. Only one person at counter for 3 franchises and so very long wait lines. I will never go with this location ever again.

Terrible customer service from a man named Todd, extremely unprofessional, rude, indifferent, entitled, and arrogant. He was extremely disrespectful to and REFUSED service to my paying mother.

Hertz airport car rental: understaff and will overcharge you.I feel bad for the employees that work here. They were severely understaffed when we picked up our vehicle, which led to errors in our order confirmation. When I tried to fix the error and pre-pay our gas they could not figure out how to do it, and would not amend my transaction, but assured me I could return the car on an empty tank without penalty. When I did so, per their instructions, I was grossly overcharged. Hertz refused to help or refund the charge despite the attendances refusal to provide the service I had ordered. I'm very disappointed and will never use Hertz again.

We rented a car here and the low tire pressure light was on and the steering wheel was stiff af! We had to go to a tire shop down the road to put air in the tires and my arms were sore from driving. He had "upgraded " us to a sus vehicle since he said it needed to head down south anyways.

The rental process was easy but I returned pn a Sunday and dropped off the keys.Nearly 2 months later I get a phone call about damage.There was a rock chip in the windshieldI don't remember it, but ok. Sure.Their write up said they tried to call me Jan 5th and 6th.No calls ever happened. I have no missed or rejected calls.You have to submit claims to your credit card within 60 days.So their lie would have left me paying out of pocket.

Just finished at the counter. Todd, the area manager, helped us and was very polite and professional. Great service all around by him and his staff. Will rent from hertz moving forward just from this experience alone. Thanks.

I've been to this location at least a dozen times... They're always friendly... Very easy check in and check out... I do wish they were open later in the day and on weekends. As usual with Hertz I'd highly recommend signing up for their online program for easy check out. I've read some of the negative reviews left at this location... But I really wonder if these people rent cars very often and know what to expect when renting a car.

This is my second time renting from this location. I have had nothing but the best experience. I will update with the two gentlemen that helped during the rental check out process. However I encourage folks to become part of Hertz Gold Member, add your information so that pick up is breeze.The vehicles are always nice and clean, usually newer vehicles. It does get busy there as Southwest has started to fly to/from BLI.

Do not buy any rental cars from this place, especially if you are from different cultures. The Location Manager Todd was argumentative, belligerant and rude and tried to make up stories. He even said that the rentals/airport was closed on Sunday. When I corrected him on this, We got upset and said he would not rent to us. That's fine with us. We ended up going to Avis/Budget. The most amazing customer service we received. The gentleman/owner at Avis went above and beyond. Majority of the counter managers of the other rentals when we told them what happened were not surprised by his rude, aggressive behavior. Apparently, this is not the first time he did that. They way he was speaking to my dad and looking at him, because he wore a turban spoke volumes. Corporate is definitely now aware. I recommend going elsewhere.

Staff were friendly and helpful .. transactions were quick and cordial . The rental cargo van while expectedly worn reflected its station but performed soundly and reliably to its purpose . I would eagerly encourage others or repeat myself utilization of Hertz services here provided
