I was running close to closing time and called…guy said he’d stay open…that was appreciated! Did 4 instead of 5 stars based on two previous encounters….pretty unhelpful staff the two prior times. Keep up the good work and I’ll go 5 next time.

Probably would have been a great fueling experience except that I never made it to the fuel dock. It was nearing low tide and I started dragging my 8' keel through the muddy bottom; had the back out aggressively. I was lucky to not be stuck for a couple hrs! :-)

Ive seen many new boaters crash and burn trying to tie up while the attendant watches from the top of the dock. It's embarrassing to have this as the The primary fuel dock in Squalicum harbor. Sure it can be entertaining to watch a boat take 3 or 4 passes before getting a line in the dock but it's every day all day at this fuel dock. The owners need to hire another attendant if there is to much paperwork for one to handle and still catch a line for incoming boats?
