I've used this pharmacy for several years. It is clean and efficient. The staff are very courteous and helpful. Overall, in my experience this pharmacy is outstanding and I prefer it to any other pharmacy in the area.

I've been filling my prescriptions here for months and have had mostly positive experiences.I'm assuming that face coverings are required in the pharmacy because everyone is always wearing one except for one man. Any time I've seen him wear a mask, it's been beneath his nose and mouth, and today he was wearing a face shield lifted all the way up from his face. At this point, why even bother wearing it. It's blatantly disrespectful to those of us who are immunocompromised or have moved through the pandemic with care. If you're going to work in healthcare, please wear a freaking mask.

I’ve used this pharmacy for years and stuck with it because I’ve had such good experiences at other Haggen pharmacy locations.This pharmacy is not like the ones I’ve used in the past. It takes a ridiculous length of time to get medications filled, sometimes days. They’ll lie to your face and tell you 30 minutes, hang out in the store with a sick kid and come back to the counter to be told another 30. I have had to leave before and come back the next day and the medication is still not ready. Or they mysteriously lose your unchanged insurance information over and over and have medications delayed even further. Mia is one of the rudest and most unprofessional people I have ever encountered, rude in person, rude on the phone, and doesn’t call you back when she says she will. I’m taking my business elsewhere. I’m willing to be understanding about staffing shortages and demand, but every single time even for things to be refilled, it’s an ordeal.Get a new system, get some new staff, actually take care of customers, get rid of Mia. Whatever it takes, but at this point the only thing you can call these experiences is customer mistreat and no respect for our time.

I’ve been filling prescriptions here for a few years. We’ve had our ups and downs but when it comes to a caring, reliable, professional staff they really do a great job. They helped me deal with a confusing prescription transfer that was very frustrating for me. After they made a couple phone calls I was soon on my way with my medicine in hand. Keep up the good work!

This is the worst pharmacy! I've been using it for years after my last Haggen pharmacy closed. In the last couple of years they have went extremely down hill. The wait times are insanely long. Have waited more than an hour multiple times for prescriptions. Routinely they tell you about 15 to 20 minutes to fill. That hasn't happened here in YEARS!!! It's always minimum an hour. Nothing like leaving the ER with a small sick toddler to wait over an hour in the lobby. Or getting a tooth pulled and waiting two hours for your pain meds! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!

Very nice store based on size, store design and lighting but as others have mentioned it's very expensive. And since we eat plant-based we completely skip the fancy deli section. Definitely nice produce but what's an instant eye opener is we usually purchase a few items at Safeway in Lynden that are offered here at a higher price ($2.00 more for the same item. Haggen is owned by Safeway. So it's obvious there is price gouging going on. We would definitely shop here if we want something specific or high quality produce but limit our purchase. What is also sad we can find many more plant-based food choices such as healthy crackers at Whole Foods.

Sadly, Haggen has been disappointing. It has been my go to for special and fun occasions, worth spending a bit more. The customer service in deli is horrible, they want you to help yourself to all pre-packed stuff that is way to big of portions for 2 people. If you ask them to cut in half or scoop fresh small portion you get an eye roll and the feeling you are a huge inconvenience. I have bought a few pre-packed items lately that were stale and tasted like mildew. The cashier was polite and apologetic and returned my money. I have never returned food before, but when forced to buy a large quality and it is already sat on shelves forever, I wont get stuck with $20 worth of un-edible items.

Awful guest service, I came after they had just closed and the woman behind the counter in sandwich refused to help me to even one measly thing. When I worked in grocery/deli, we always helped people after closing time. I guess my goodwill and karma hasn't paid off. I can't believe what Haggens has become, just another homogenized cookie cutter company, with awful, selfish employees.

I live in Barkley Village and have enjoyed the stores Hot Beverage area for coffee, teas, and cocoa. The dining area is spacious and I've enjoyed meeting new friends there. Sadly they removed the self serve entirely, and moved everything to the deli. The worse part is the unreliable hours that you can get service. Even when the deli is open, they have the area roped off so you can stay in out of the elements and they randomly stop service. Hard to make plans around a schedule like that.

Quality food, variety of choices, & wonderful customer service. I'm handicapped so i need help getting my groceries to my car, which they happily provide. I find the pharmacy provides the same friendly service.I live on the Southside of Bellingham so I trade at the 12th St &/or Sehome locations.
