The most disgusting company I've ever ordered equipment from! Let's start with the fact that on the website, the photos show examples of maximum configurations, buried in small print at the bottom of the description. The delivery costs $200!!!!!!After receiving a low-quality product, with decals falling off and drawers poorly sliding, you'll pay another $200 for the return + a 10% return duty.Out of your $700, you'll get back $200 and a bunch of gray hairs, plus the absence of the equipment you were eagerly anticipating!!!!!

It’s a very beautiful and well lit showroom with many display models of their biggest woodworking machines, tablesaw band, saws, lathes , etc.Just the right bandsaw size that I was looking for was on sale.Pick up and loading service was very good.

Horizontal boring machine.I bought a horizontal boring machine from them and the machine is so poorly designed and manufactured that the result pretty much is a worthless machine, and here is why: 1) the minimum distance from the table to the center of the chuck is 1-3/4". Who would ever need that? To set the mortise depth it is necessary to lay on your back under the machine with a flashlight to find a little hole to set the depth. The sideway limiter set screws are cast in iron so soft and so thin that I stripped one in my second set-up. The bed is loose due to lack of inline bearings; the guides are just metal tubes. The height adjustment wheel has no tightening screw so it moves on its own when the machine vibrates. I had to re-machine the vertical column so I could raise the bed up to the point where I could mortise in the middle of a 3/4" stock. I complained, and Grizzly graciously offered to replace a 25 cent set screw for free!! I sent them pictures, explanations and suggestions on how to change the design for the better, all to no avail - other than a free 25 cent screw. You get what you pay for, but when it comes to Grizzly tools, you get a whole lot less! Don't do business with them! Now a year later, and I have now finally made this piece of garbage machine work the best way possible. I replaced the very slow RPM motor with a Bosch router motor and found ways to set the sideway and depth limiters without having to lay down on the floor with a flashlight!

Not thrilled with the fact that you can order things from the company, but they DO NOT honor the price that is in the catalog. Then when you ask them to match it, they tell you "Darn It, our disclaimer allows us to markup prices whenever we want" How unacceptable is that, and then the GIFT CERTIFICATE I got as a present from my wife can't be refunded. So I am screwed.. pay more money.....

Best place and biggest selection of power tools. I'm slowly replacing my antique equipment. It's nice to have a table saw with safety features.

Associated with a local housing rental company known for discriminating against applicants. Executive homes LLC. They avoid acknowledging the connection if you ask though, unless they think you're an important client.Same owner and shared phone numbers. I've been forwarded to Exec homes employees when calling grizzly directly, but when I had disagreements with them they started denying that the office existed at all.Supporting grizzly is supporting unfair housing practices in Bellingham, and they really don't want people to know that.

I bought a new compressor from them because it was so quiet but after I broke it in as per the manuals instructions I started hooking it up in my shop and the quick disconnects were leaking from where I removed the air hose and would not reseal unless i left the hose in so I decided to just go buy a couple of new ones and replace them when I tried get the first one unscrewed I broke the manifold in half so I called Grizzly and explained that I needed to buy a new manifold and they told me they don't handle compressor parts mega power was there supplier and gave there number I called them and left a message then we started emailing I told them I needed to buy a new manifold but thought that I should get the quick disconnects for free since they are under the one warranty he said i should talk to grizzly.I emailed them explaining what happened they sent me a email asking me was I satisfied my customer service I wrote back saying no I was not and that's the last thing I heard so I sent mega power 70 bucks for the parts .If your buying from grizzly be prepared to fix little things like when bought my woodlathe from them I had to drill out and rethread one of the bolt holes on the stand and my bandsaw I had to go buy a couple of metric bolts that were missing for the trunion. Don't expect any help from there warranty or service department unless it's a phone number to call someone else.Update Grizzly stepped in and mega power refunded my money thank you grizzly. But mega power sent me quick disconnects and one of them was leaking not a very good company to do business with. But I am very satisfied with Grizzlies help.

An abysmal experience - the only thing this company seems to be expert at is liability avoidance. The worst customer service you'll experience.

I bought a 20 in planer 20 yrs ago never had a problem.. I also have a 3 horse dust collector and 3 h shaper and a shop fox planer/molder never had any problems with any of them.. I have used techs to help with the adjustment of the planer when first bought it and it was a pleasant experience.. It now has a new spiral cutter head. Thanks for the great products..

If store was open even a few hours on Saturday it would allow those of us who live and work out of town M-F to visit the store on Saturday. Frustrating . . . .
