This review is a year late! I’m sorry! We purchased our couch and recliner from Griffith over a year ago, and just wanted to update that we still love them and they’ve held up wonderfully. We will only go through Griffith in the future because of the amazing customer service, prices, and variety of furniture. Thank you again!

Nice store, a bit of a maze to navigate, but decent selection. Clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. Would buy from here again.

I have shopped here before and I should have gone back but bought a recliner from another local store. When it broke I mistakenly brought it to Griffith. They fixed it even though I didn't buy it from them and didn't charge me a dime. I will not shop elsewhere in the future because that kind of service deserves loyalty. Thank you Griffith furniture!

I always go to Griffith. Brad is amazing, he has helped us several times over the years, and I will continue to go and see him as long as he is still working there. Great place, great people, great quality products. Highly, highly recommend this place.

I'm no furniture critic but either way, this place was amazing. I took a look at their sale they had downstairs and found at least 4-5 couches I wanted to take home. And each were $1,000 or less. I've been burnt by $400.00 press board couches so I stepped it up to a grand and I definitely got my moneys worth. Our couch is really solid in its frame and even more comfy to sit on. Definitely the best couch we've ever bought. The service was great too. I found a couch I liked and ordered it online. They told me my couch would be delivered on Saturday between 3-5PM. They did not lie. Precisely at 3pm, their truck showed up with two friendly/professional gentleman and they loaded it up a flight of stairs and into my living room no problem. It was so quick and hassle free. Again, I'm no furniture critic but I am a very happy customer.

The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable and you can actually buy furniture and take it home rather than waiting 12 weeks like so many of the chain stores. Delivery was right on time & the guys were great. I recommend without Griffith Furniture with an A+ rating.
